Newly renovated ground floor flat in a chalet which is situated close to the mediterranean in Vinaros. The first floor is normally not inhabited and has its own access. The flat has two parking slots and a small swimming pool in the garden. A beach with stones is situated 50 mts. from the house, the beautiful sand beach in the Vinaros city centre can be reached by foot. From the house and the garden you have a great view of the sea and of the city. Vinaros is a lively town, experienced in tourism, but not overflown by it. With its schools, hospital and court it´s situated 20 kms south of the Ebro Delta, a paradise of birds and those who love them. Barcelona and Valencia are 200 kms away each. There is plenty of restaurants of different levels, most of them serving fresh fish, not only in Vinaròs but also in places of touristic interest like Morella and Peniscola.

Vinaròs has a small b ut charming city centre and several beaches, with the lively city centre beach as most frequented.

The flat has been completely renovated in 2007. All installations are new, so is the heating system, bathrooms, electricity etc. There are three bedrooms with two small of 9 square meters each, and one bigger one of around 20 square meters. The garden has a small pool and a terrace under a palm tree. Additionally there is a bar with a shadowes terrace. There a two spots in a carport, and the house has TV with DVD and satellite. In the back of a garden there is an access to a washing machine and to the terraces on top of the house, which can be used, too.

You can use three bicycles, one of them for children of 5-9 (with helmet), and one a high quality all terrain bike (with helmet, too)

Sehr komfortabeles Haus mit schönem Pool. Haben im Juni einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind teilweise fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung. Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus ist sehr gut für größere Gruppen geeignet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in Vinaros

Dies ist ein wunderbar großräumiges sehr toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort für Ruhesuchende. Spitze ist der Pool und die Nähe des Meeres. Es gibt dort sehr schöne Strände mit Palmen, Kakteen und Orangenbäumen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind die Einkausfmöglichkeiten bestens zu erreichen. Auch die Stadt Vinaros eignet sich sehr zum Flanieren, die Strandpromenade ist beeindruckend. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen, da auch die Betreuung durch den Betreuer sehr gut ist.
