Photos and Description of this Naples holiday house 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, completely renovated summer 2007 and newly furnished

This modern furnished villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is in Naples in Briarwood, only a few minutes from the beach and various shops (shopping mall). There are 3 bedrooms (1 x king size Bed, 1 x queen size bed, 2 separate twin beds). The entire house was completely renovated and re-furnished in summer 2007. The master bathroom was completely renewed and now has a large shower with glass panels and a double wash basin with granite surface and a large walk-in cupboard. From the west-facing pool you have a view of the sunset over the sea. Entertainments include cable TV, three TV sets (inc. 2 flat screens 42' and 37') and three DVD players. The up-to-date stereo in the living room has an iPod docking station. High-speed-internet with wireless access (WLAN) can be used by several people simultaneously.

Come and have a holiday by the beach and the sea. Visit Naples Pier, Olde Naples with lots of restaurants, Downtown 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street Shopping District and Naples Shopping Mall. A local amenities centre including a Publix supermarket, First Watch Restaurant (open daily 7 till 14.30 hrs), where it’s great to have breakfast or lunch, Walgreen’s drug store & off licence and Starbucks Coffee Shop is only a few minutes away by car. Everglades and Miromar Outlet Mall are about 30 min. drive away. Orlando leisure parks are about 3 hours away by car. Florida’s eastern coast with Miami and Fort Lauderdale is approx. 1.5 hour’s drive away. The house is in Briarwood, a 'gated community', so in the evening and at night the estate entrances are guarded. Briarwood has, in addition to the private pool about 400 m away, a children’s playground, large communal pool, tennis courts and a basketball field.

Urlaub in Naples

Der Aufenthalt in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus war eine Wohltat nach einer Woche in Orlando. Hier konnte man endlich die Ruhe finden, die einem dort gefehlt hat. Für den Frühsport sind einige Runden im Pool oder auch Walken im Wohngebiet selber ( fast kein Autoverkehr) zu empfehlen. Die Terasse lädt zum gemütlichen Plausch bei Wein ein, wenn einem auch die Sonne im November nicht allzulange erhalten bleibt. Als Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist ein Auto unabdingbar, um Natur, Kultur, Strand und Shopping in ausgiebigem Maße nutzen zu können.

Wohlfühloase in Naples

Wir waren im August 2009 mit drei Kindern (3, 7 und 9) zwei Wochen Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus, und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist neu, geschmackvoll, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Auch für unsere Kinder blieben keine Wünsche offen, da Strandspielzeug und Pool vorhanden waren. Besonders genossen haben wir die große Dusche in Badezimmer und den Blick vom Pool auf den See bei Sonnenuntergang.
Die Briarwood Community ist ruhig, sehr gepflegt und sicher. Auch der Tennisplatz, das Basketballfeld und der Kinderspielplatz wurden von uns intensiv genutzt.
Old Naples und die schönen Strände waren einfach und schnell zu erreichen.
Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und mit ihren Tipps sehr hilfreich.
Unser Urlaub war klasse. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen auch selber gerne wieder.

Florida at its best

Wir waren begeistert von diesem Haus mit viel Atmosphäre aber ohne den typischen Kitsch.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, sei es nun für Strandurlaub oder Everglades-Erkundungen. Auch Downtown Naples mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants ist nah.
Die Internetverbindung und die Stereoanlage mit iPod Dock sind Annehmlichkeiten, die auch v.a. jüngere Gäste schätzen.
Die Briarwood Community ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich jederzeit sicher.
Wer gerne Ribs mag, dem sei Michelbob's Restaurant empfohlen. Dieses ist in nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage im schönen Briarwood mit Blick auf den See ist super. Der eigene Pool wurde viel genutzt, wenn wir nicht am Strand oder beim shopping waren. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Naples und planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub dorthin.
