This holiday estate and the apartment are very well-maintained and are used only by guests or the owners. There are 2 pools and you can bathe until 11 pm. The water quality is to German standards. You can also use the adjacent lake/canal as far as the sea for water sport and bathing. The fully tiled apartment is in the best 4-* condition. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds or double bed and high sleeper as well as plenty of cupboards and storage for your clothing. The bathroom contains a wash basin with marble surfaces, a bath with shower, a toilet and a washing machine. There is a guest toilet with wash basin. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and separated by a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The kitchen caters for at least 8 persons. There is an open fireplace in the living room. The apartment is very cosy.

Ampuriabrava is the biggest marina in Europe. Approx. 40 km of canal system are just waiting for you to come and see them. San Maurici lake next to the apartment is linked to the sea by a canal system. This holiday resort has very good infrastructure. Pubs, baker, butcher, supermarket, launderette, pharmacy, DIY, sweets, PC shop are all 5 - 10 minutes away on foot. A large sandy beach is approx. 2.5 km away on foot, easy to get to by car or with a regular bus connection. This estate is ideal for young families. You can keep an eye on your offspring from the balcony the whole time. Golf courses and mini golf are close by, as are leisure parks and a large aqua park and various sports facilities. There’s plenty for culture and nature fans e.g. Alt Emporda, Castillo, Dali museum, Cadaques, Besalue, Cap Creus, lonely bays, coastal roads and Barcelona, to name a few.

Vom ersten bis zum letztenTag haben Wir den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung genossen. Es ist ein Ort der Erholung und Entspannung um wieder voll auf zu tanken. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach toll.
Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und kann nur von den Mietern genutzt werden,also Aussenstehende können die Anlage nicht betreten und benutzen. Das Meer sowie der Strand konnte man gut erreichen (Auto) und es war sauber. Wir können die Wohnung emfehlen für Paare und Familien mit Kinder...

Optimal für Familien mit Kindern/Jugendlichen

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, da die Angaben 100%ig waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an Nichts. Die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt und bis 22.00 Uhr betreut, d.h. Aufsicht am Pool. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Sportflughafen hat uns nicht gestört, es war sehr schön, den Fallschirmspringern zu zuschauen. Für unsere Kinder war die Vogel- und Schmetterlingsfarm der Hit. Sie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und für Kinder toll, da sie die Vögel selbst füttern können und man wunderschöne Schmetterlinge bewundern kann. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen sind doch zu erwähnen: Die Kartbahn in der Nähe fanden wir doch ziemlich laut und ab und zu hat es auf der Terrasse unangenehm gerochen.
Alles in Allem aber würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch selbst gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Kann die Erfahrungen meiner Vormieter nur bestätigen.
Wir haben es genossen, während dem Frühstück/Abendessen vom Balkon aus die Boote auf dem See zu beobachten. Wir waren auch viel im Pool da man ihn vom Balkon aus immer im Blick hat und einfach Lust darauf bekommt. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Gestört haben uns nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, aber wir denken, die Wohnung ist 5 Punkte wert und empfehlenswert.
Kleiner Tipp für Fischfreunde: Frischer Fisch nicht im Hafen von Roses kaufen. Wir haben doppelt soviel bezahlt wie im Supermarkt Mercadona.

Urlaub pur! Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet.

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage mit 3 Teenagern in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig eingerichtet, die Küche läßt (fast) keinen Wunsch offen! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr,Besteck, Töpfen, Schüsseln etc. ist reichhaltiger fast nicht möglich. Die zwei Bäder sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind klasse, dank der Fliegengitter hatten wir kein einziges (Stech)insekt! Das Wohn-Eßzimmer ist schön geräumig, der Balkon sehr groß! Die Kinder waren begeistert, deutsches Fernsehen empfangen zu können.Der Balkon wurde den ganzen Tag genutzt. Der Sportflughafen störte uns in keinster Weise - im Gegenteil, es war entspannend, den Fallschirmspringern zuzuschauen. Die Angaben im Inserat sind stimmig, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer gut. Wir können die Wohnung und den Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub zwischen Meer und Bergen

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, umfassend ausgestattet und gepflegt. Großer Balkon mit hervorragendem Ausblick (super). Ruhige, saubere Anlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; zu Fuß erreichbar.
Angaben im Online Inserat entsprachen der Realität.
Zahlreiche Freizeitangebote; sehr schöner,breiter Sandstrand, sauberes Meer.
Einziges kleines Manko: Sportflughafen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sehr guter, unbürokratischer und vertrauensvoller Umgang zwischen Vermieter und Mieter.
Insgesamt ein Feriendomizil, das wir unseren Bekannten/Freunden weiterempfehlen werden.
