Our luxurious **** apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet place, close to the centre of Duhnen and the miles of sandy beach. Behind the house, you can jump into the expansive nature of the coastal landscape! Because of the in-house 'subtropical' pool our apartment is an interesting destination at any time of the year. There is also a Finnish sauna, steam room, two solariums and a table tennis room. So that you can relax on your holiday and are not missing anything. We are totally renovating our apartment in the spring of 2008 to a very high standard. Enjoy the stove, luxury steam shower with aromatherapy, shiatsu massage chairs, a dishwasher, a four-poster bed, billiards and air hockey and several TV sets, DVD player and stereo system. In the summer, is also right on the beach, you have a free beach chair!

Notes to the rental rates

• 10 - 15% discount before, after and in the off-peak season with a stay of at least 14 days. The above prices are valid for 4 people, for each additional person adds 6.00 Euro per day, children under 3 free. Arrival on any day is possible. Minimum stay is usually 3 nights. Shorter stays by appointment. All year: The beds are clean on arrival and fresh towels are ready - this service is provided free. All other charges (such as water, electricity, heating, luxury steam shower, massage chairs, etc.) and the unlimited use of the pool are already included. Final cleaning for a stay of up to 7 nights is 59 Euro (for a stay of 7 days or more, we can give you a 'final cleaning discount’. the cleaning then costs only 45 Euro). Own swimming pool, sauna and solarium

The 'subtropical' pool with a pleasant 28 degree water temperature is at the very heart of the resort and is for the exclusive use of the holiday guests, and totally free of charge. Recently a considerable area of about 70 sqm has been redesigned, you feel you are in a high-quality area. Furthermore, our guests have the possibility of using the two 'sauna and recreation areas' for a minimal fee of about 1-2 Euros per use. Here you will find two different saunas (including rest room, locking cabinet boxes, changing rooms and showers). This is even a classic Finnish sauna (with splash shower). To finish the spa area off, you also have the opportunity to get under two sandwich solariums to tan.

Beach and relaxation

In Duhnen the beach is as far as the eye can see - and almost in front of your door. The mile-long sandy beach, the Wadden Sea and the North Sea are quick and easy to get to the apartment on foot in about 5-7 minutes. They simply cross the road and you are there in the middle of Duhner with the numerous beach access points. Children and adults find magnificent swimming in the calm waters and clean water of Duhner beach. Paddle, swimming, building sand castles, diving, games, surfing, sailing, walking for hours or just relax on the sand or in your own beach chair (already included!) - you have the choice.

Mudflats and sea

In addition to the fantastic Duhner North Sea beach is the Wadden Sea, the absolute highlight of the region. At low tide you will have the unique opportunity to walk on the seabed and make interesting discoveries. In particular, it's worth a walk to the Prielen, where you can often take a relaxing bath in warm water. A walk in the mud flats is also very healthy and awakens all organisms of the body. We also recommend you take part in one of the many mudflat tours. These range from guided tours for nature lovers and family outings. In addition, at various dates in the year there are special event tours with Neptune baptism, etc. You also have the opportunity to take a horse-drawn carriage and wagon across the Wadden Sea to explore and to take a trip along the ocean floor to Neuwerk Island.
