Located in an exclusive neighborhood, the villa is attractive for large families. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room. The villa was just extensively refurbished. Airconditioning is in every room. The house is surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean garden (600m2) and has four large terraces. A private pool (9x15m) is just 30 meters from the villa. At the pool there is an area to sunbath with sunbeds. The pool may be used by the guests of the neighboring villas only and is thus very private. The ocean and mountain views are spectacular. A sand with artificial grass tennis court (500 meters from house) and an additional pool (10X20m) may both be used free of charge. The additional sport and leisure activities in the area are almost limitless: surfing, diving, 10 golf courses within 30 minutes, boat and jet-ski hiring, hiking, shopping, fresh-water and deep-sea fishing and much more. The interior is high quality, for example, special mattresses.

The Villa is situated in an exklusive neighborhood on the Costa Blanca 10km from the beach and near the attractive towns of Denia and Javea. Javea has a beautiful sand beach and a promenade with pleasant assortment of restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs. Near Javea there are many idylic coves. Denia has a beautiful sand beach with restaurants scattered along its many kilometers. There are also water sports like jet skis, para-gliding and you can hire boats. Divers and snorklers will find plentiful locations in the picturesque coves like La Granadella or the numerous capes, for example La Nau and San Antonio. Golfers can chose from some 20 courses including jewels like El Saler and La Sella. Many sights and shopping are located nearby. The areas largest shopping center is just 8km. Children will enjoy the famous theme park Terra Mitica.
