Apartment Schanzenviertel - an oasis for relaxation. Here guests can feel completely at home. You live in the green and calm, but right in the trendiest district of Hamburg. Here you have everything in front of the door ... The newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old art deco building. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located right in the street. Even going out for shopping and a great starting point. It's all just a few steps away. The popular 'Hills-Piazza' are only 5 minutes on the train to Sternschanze. The fair is in the immediate vicinity. It has two newly established comfortable double bedrooms, a living room with two large sofa beds, a kitchen with eating counter, shower, a separate toilet. Cable TV, the Internet using wireless Lan, stereo system.. Each room is equipped with a TV. Overnight stays for 1 - 6 people. Also suitable for children. Cribs and high chair available.

Nearest Airport: Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at 12 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Hamburg-Dammtor at 3 Kilometres

The area is a multicultural, living area with many shops and entertainment and is part of the particularly popular district of St.Pauli in Hamburg (football stadium, cathedral, musical theater, port). The accomodation is just as central to the city (2 S-Bahn stations to the Jungfernstieg) and the outer Alster with its magnificent villas districts. The tennis stadium at the Rothenbaum is, for example, ten minutes on the bus. Also, is is not far to Altona or Elbe. From the apartment (2nd floor), you have a wide view onto the green, but also a good 'observer-position' on the colourful scenery of the street: Chinese restaurants, designer shops, Gift-Shops and trendy cafes. Here, it is never boring. You live in the quiet and can get about without a car. Another tip for families: Behind the house is a great playground! For teens, the cult cafes and shops are plentiful.

Absolut zu empfehlen, mal erhrlich: für den Preis in der Lage mit einer top Betreuung, kann man gar nichts verkehrt machen. Selbst Platz für unsere Motorräder war da. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut zentral und dennoch ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wenn HH, dann hier !!!

Liebe Xenia,
diese FeWo war das Beste, was mir je in dieser Hinsicht passiert ist. Vor allem die erstklassige geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die jedoch auch der Benutzung durch kleine Kinder standhält, hat uns alle sehr beeindruckt.
Wir würden/werden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen.
Es ist in der Tat eine Oase mitten in der Standt, die selbst den turbulenten Schanzenfest-Abend locker aushält.
Ich werde diese Adresse sehr gerne Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch und funktional. Es hat
alles wie erwähnt reibungslos funktioniert. Das Badezimmer passt nicht zum Angebot der Wohnung.
