This is a romantic and old 200 year-old townhouse in southern Majorca. The house was furnished with attention paid to detail in a mix of old and new. The total area is located on 160 m². It can be used throughout the year thanks to the central heating. The fully equipped living/dining and cooking area is spaciously furnished. A fireplace is located in the living room. Due to the central, peaceful location in the city you can reach restaurants, cafes and shops on foot. A small 100 m² large, secluded garden connects to a 15 m² large, partially covered terrace with an outdoor shower. Majorcan neighbours on both sides contribute to you feeling that you are on Majorca and not in an anonymous tourism high-rise. The house radiates relaxation and peace, the summer starry sky mixed with the sounds of a small village (sheep, chicken, a few dogs, etc.) make a glass of wine a pleasure. ***Garden Eden object, dream terraces object

Wir waren Anfang September 2009 in diesem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Tolle Einrichtung und wirklich sehr schoenes Ambiente.
Fusslaeufig ( 1 Minute) ein sehr guter Baecker mit z.b. sehr guten
Broetchen und fantastischem Mandelkuchen.

Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist der Nachbar zur Linken, der immer wieder
mal fuer Ueberraschungen sorgen kann. So hat er uns z.B. mal gegen halb elf in der Nacht den Strom abgedreht! Bei mallorcinischen Haeusern geht das weil aussen der Stromkasten angebracht ist.Den Universalschluessel hat jeder..
Hier will man Abhilfe schaffen, indem man das Schloss aendert. Das waere
wuenschenswert, denn wenn jemand in diesem Moment gerade auf der
Treppe nach unten geht...

Aber wie gesagt,sonst ein liebenswertes Stadthaus mit toller und vor allem
geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts und die Betreuung vor
Ort war vorbildlich!

Fazit: War eine interessante Erfahrung mal in einem Stadthaus auf
Mallorca zu wohnen. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen...

Ps.Noch ein Hinweis zum gegenueber wohnenden Deutschen.Der will die
Leute verjagen die versetzt vor seinem Haus parken, indem er erzaehlt
die Parkplaetze gehoeren zu seinem Haus.Ignorieren sie solch ein
Ansinnen! Denn das ist eine oeffentliche Stasse und gehoert mitnichten
zu seinem Haus!

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen....

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Allerdings für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nur eingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Ganz subjektiv als Nachteile werden der sehr dunkle Wohnraum, das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine und das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage zumindest in den Schlafräumen bewertet. Aber alles in allem kann man sich dort wunderbar erholen !!!

Das Haus und der Garten sind schöner und besser als es die Beschreibung hergibt. Für uns 2 war die Unterkunft einfach optimal, denn Entspannung war bei Nicht-Strandwetter auch im Plätscher-Brunnen-Garten möglich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf "wildlife" und angenehme Nachbarn :-)
