Lone-standing holiday home, ideal for families with small children (for example, families with 3 or 4 children), very ideal for a maximum of 3 couples without children (for example, students) or seniors (no step or floors). A l00 m² living room awaits you. There are altogether 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 1 children's room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 garden shower. In the kitchen you will have a 4 plate stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, small electrical appliances, blender, coffee machine. In the living room you will find a dining room with chairs for 8 people, a fireplace and for your entertainment there is a television and radio. The outdoor area is enclosed and you have a large garden, parking options, large terrace (south facing) with a view of the pine forest, 10 garden chairs with large tables, 2 loungers, sun umbrellas, grill, table tennis table.
