The casino in southern hillside located has a wide panoramic view on the hills and mountains ranges and small farms in an appealing countryside. Except from the birdsong and the bell-ringing from the church in the distance, all you will hear is silence. Often you can see deer grazing on the neighbouring fields. Next to nice walks on country lanes with many flowers or hikes through the oak forests, you can go on trips to nearby medieval villages with their squares, old churches, museums and markets. On the way country inns offer typical meals of the region for you to enjoy. The closest village to go shopping is situated in a distance of ca. 5km. The house itself is simple and lovingly refurbished and offers spacious rooms. Also in the exterior there are several living area, e.g. a garden with a fireplace, a terraces shadowed by trees, a balcony facing to the west and a separate roof-top terrace. The location is perfect for children to play and for a dog to charge about.

The Marches are famous for their beaches at the Adriatic Sea as well as for their diverse hilly countryside, the art history sights and their tasty regional cuisine (truffle region). Location of the house: Detached with a wonderful, breathtaking panoramic view to the east, south and west and over several mountain ranges. In the back of the house there is a green, rising hill with broom, sloes and oaks. Absolutely quiet and idyllic location. In night time the stars sparkle and the nightingale sings. Many day trips are possible in the surrounding (nature reserve at the Monte Carpegna, picturesque cities like Urbino (art collection), St. Leo, Gubbio, San Marino and many more. The Adriatic Sea with the cities Pesaro, Fano, Rimini, its beaches and sights, can be reached within 1 hour by car. All shopping possibilities are available in the villages Carpegna or Macerata Feltria, which are each ca. 5 km away.

Partly roofed southern terrace with shadow provided by trees. Adjoining building with pizza oven and roof-top terrace. In the house there is a large workshop, a cantina (common room with open fireplace) as well as an atelier-workroom with natural stone walls and chimney.
