The new, small residential complex was built in 2007 with a lot of flair. The light, friendly apartment is located on the ground floor. Through elevated, large, enclosed terrace with garden furniture you can directly get into the spacious garden with palm trees and a pool, separate outdoor bathrooms, playground, tennis, 150 m to the kilometre long beaches, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, SAT-TV, washing machine, bedsheets and dishrags available, the kitchen is completely equipped with: fridge-freezer, ceramic range, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, etc. very good facilities nearby, bus stop a few minutes away, 4 km to Denia. The apartment is designed for 4 people, parking spaces available.

To discover Denia is a pleasure. The city has a traditional, old city centre. With its tight alleys, fishing district and marina, Denia radiates a Mediterranean flair. Majestically capped by the castle and the Montgo mountain, it was designated a nature park in 1987. Denia is surrounded by natural zones with high ecological value. 20 km long beaches - the perfect thing for all tastes. Beautiful cliff bays, orange-lemon-olive plantations as well. Denia has a comfortable mild climate with an average annual temperature of 20 degrees. Large harbour with boat connections to the Balearic Islands, to Ibiza 2 hours. Daily fish sales on the harbour, long beach promenades, expansive recreational offers. In about a 15-minute drive you are already in the interesting backcountry, stunning mountain-panorama routes and hikes possible.

obwohl wir noch nicht baden konnten war der urlaub echt super. die nahversorgung ist sehr bequem und man braucht durch die busverbindung nicht unbedingt ein auto. ganz toll waren die langen strandspaziergänge. in der ferienwohnung haben wir uns echt wohl gefühlt und der spanische cafe ist sehr empfehlenswert! wir wären gerne länger geblieben aber die alltagspflicht ruft. bis bald

Tolle Wohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben in Denia einen tollen Urlaub verlebt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet und ist in einer schönen Anlage (grosse Wiese mit Pool und Planschbecken) gelegen. Das Nötigste konnten wir in einem kleinen Laden direkt über der Strasse besorgen. Der nächste grössere Supermarkt lag ca. 500 m entfernt.

Der schöne, lange und flach abfallende Strand liegt nahe und ist einfach erreichbar (in der Wohnung standen ein Sonnenschirm sowie ein Liege- und Campingstul zur Strandbenutzung zur Verfügung).

Des weiteren hat es ebenfalls direkt vor der Anlage eine Bushaltestelle, von welcher aus ca. alle 20 Min einen Bus zum Hafen/Zentrum von Denia fährt (letzer Bus retour ging um ca. 23.20). Zu Fuss benötigten wir (Muschel sammelnd dem Strand entlang) ca. 90 Min. .

Denia selbst haben wir als schmucken kleinen Ferienort erlebt, welche sämtliche unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllte: Kleiner Lunapark, Burg zur Besichtigung, Restaurants aller Kategorien sowie Bars und Pubs.
