Very sterling and cosy villa with all contemporarily comfort from 1982. It is situated high on Cap Anthéor in a private area of villas and even when you are swimming in the pool, you will enjoy the breathtaking view to the Estérel Mountains with it’s famous red rocks and the sea. The guests will enjoy the Mediterranean and well-entertained garden, the large covered terrace and the 10 x 5 m large pool with children security. In the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with open fireplace, the completely equipped kitchen, two sleeping rooms, one bathroom, one shower room with WC and an individual WC. In the first floor lies a gallery room / bureau, the third sleeping room with balcony and sea view and an en suite shower room. The sleeping rooms have air condition.
