Lourges is a charming typical Provencal town in the wine growing area of the Cotes du Provence and is known for its colourful markets and restaurants. It is ideally situated in the heart of the countryside full of rural peace, yet is only half an hour drive from the Cote d'Azur and Ste Maxime and St Tropez, and in the other direction it is a half hour drive to the stunning Gorges de Verdon. And always there is the beautiful weather and the fragrances of lavender, mimosa, jasmine and wild thyme.
