This Farmhouse apartment lie on a hill-terrace with breathtaking panorama view over the landscape of the Capo Vaticano region, to the sea and the island Stromboli. The ca. 15 ha large estate, on which the 10 small little vacation houses are built, offers his guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature. Our Holiday home consists of a independent, tastefully furnished about 60 sqm large apartment with a large covered terrace with garden furniture. There is one washing machine in common at to the disposal of the guests On the property is a large pool and a smaller pool and at the pool-bar you get beverages and snacks. Furthermore there is a common barbecue. The guests have the possibility to serve themselves from the products of the agricultural business like vegetables and fruits. The private beach is only 1,5km away where you have umbrella and deck chairs for free.
