Bedroom 1 with real wood furnishing in Swiss stone pine, bedroom 2 in Rattan style (blue), bedroom 3 equipped with 2 single beds. Moraira is a popular resort on the Costa Blanca. The former dreamy fishing village is located in the middle of vineyards, orange and lemon plantations and almond trees. It has preserved its maritime charm. The small city center with the tapas bars and specialty restaurants, the shore promenade and the small alleys of the old city invite you to walk around. Here there are no sky scrapers, but rather Moorish style houses on cliffs in the middle of pine forests. The former fishing harbour became an exclusive marina. Beautiful beaches invite you to swim.

  • The prices are for a booking of up to 4 people. For each extra person, a fee of € 10 to € 25, according to the season, will be charged. The electricity consumption will be charged with a flat-rate of € 25 per week. The final cleaning is € 104. For a fixed booking, upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a pre-payment of % 50 of the rent is due. The rest is to be paid in cash upon arrival to the house manager when accepting the house. Bedding provided, bed sheets can either be brought with by the guest or upon request rented from the house manager. For early bookers, there are discounts in the rental price. Long-term rentals possible upon agreement.
  • Tips for your arrival: with the car - a toll must be paid in France and Spain. A comfortable type of arrival if you do not want to give up your car is an arrival with the car train from Munich to Narbonne with the sleeping wagon or the chair wagon; there are also good offers with a coach bus. By plane, with for example AIR Berlin, flyNiki, Skyeurope, etc. you have the choice of flying to Valencia or Alicante and then you can continue driving with a rental car or a taxi to Moraira.

Notes: The open fireplace in the living room does not work, but adds to the comfortable atmosphere. The Villa Palmera can also be lived in during the winter, because there is gas central heating. The transfer of the house occurs through our German-speaking manager, who is also responsible for the preparation of the bed sheets and final cleaning.

Our house and area: Blooming Oleander bushes, a mimosa tree, Yukka palm trees, our rubber tree and our date palms give off an exotic atmosphere. Through the filter in the pool house, the water quality is constantly optimized under supervision of our pool keeper. On the pool patio you can cozily slurp down a sundowner and enjoy the mildness of evening. Sun lovers will enjoy the privacy of the sun patio. The colorful markets in Moraira provide for diversity and in the neighboring cities of Altea, Calpe, Teulada and Javea. Those who want to really dive into the night life will enjoy a trip to Benidorm. Golfers will find exclusive courses: in Moraira or in the surrounding area, for example, Oliva Nova, La Stella, Bon Alba... and also those who like Spanish cuisine will not be disappointed. And the most important thing: stunning sand beaches and rock beaches invite you to swim and dive.

Golf: Spain is one of the countries with the most exclusive year-round playable golf courses. The green fees for 18 hole courses are between € 65 and € 100.00. The Grand Slam course El Saler near Valencia is only 80 km from Moriara.

Als "alte" Moraira-Urlauber haben wir uns in der Villa Palmera sehr wohl gefühlt. Für vier Wochen war uns dieses Urlaubsquartier wie ein zweites zu Hause. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen , zentralen Wohngegend, die Anlage mit dem Pool, der Vegetation und der Aussenanlagen ist gepflegt und sauber, ebenso das Haus und die Räumlichkeiten, alles in besten Zustand. Frau Heidi von der Verwaltung war in allen Belangen sehr hilfreich und unkompliziert. Moraira mit den schönen Stränden und dem Hinterland ist seit langem unsere Urlaubsdestination Nr. 1. Die vier Wochen vergingen leider viel zu schnell, aber wir werden sicher wieder auf diese Villa zurück kommen.
Owner's Response: Als Vermieter ist man immer froh, wenn die Gäste zufrieden sind und einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Nach dem Umbau der Villa Palmera, der flächenmäßigen Erweiterung des Hauses und der Anhebung des Standards anfangs 2009 ist diese positive Berwertung wirklich der "gerechte Lohn" für die viele Arbeit, die wir damit hatten. Ich bin sicher, dass sich noch viele Gäste in der neuen "Villa Palmera" sehr wohl fühlen werden.

Die Villa ist sehr abgewohnt , in den Schränken stehen Holzregale statt Einlegeböden , das eine Bad, dunkel und teilweise
mit Schimmel an den Fugen.Der Pool war das Beste am Haus,aber
leider von einem ungepflegtem Garten umgeben.
Der Vermieter war freundlich und gut organisiert.
Die Villa ist für diesen Zustand zu teuer und die Nebenkosten sind zu hoch.Für den Preis gibt es bessere Häuser.Der Ort war sehr schön, aber die Strände waren überfüllt.
Owner's Response: "Erfreulicher Weise gefällt es den meisten Gästen in der Villa Palmera sehr gut, zumal das Grundstück von hohen Oleanderbäumen umgeben ist und damit die Privatsphere gewährleistet ist. Die Aussenflächen des Hauses sind zu 80 % mit Marmor belegt. Unterhalb der Pinien ist Kies aufgechüttet. Dieser Teil des Gartens wird nur zum Trocknen der Wäsche benutzt (Wäschespindel). Zusätzlich gibt es Beete, wo ein Gummibaum, Yukapalmen, Hibiskussträucher und blühende Planzen eingesetzt sind. Die Bepflanzung wird 2 Mal jährlich (im Frühjahr und Herbst) vom Gärtner in Ordnung gebracht. Dazwischen werden die Aussenflächen regelmäßig gereinigt. Aber die Vorstellungen, wie ein Garten ausschauen soll, sind eben unterschiedlich. Die Fassade des Hauses wurde im Jahr 2007 neu verputzt und gestrichen und alle Räume frisch ausgemalt. Zusätzlich wurden eine neue Waschmaschine, eine neue Gefrier-Kühlkombination, ein Toster und ein Kaffeautomat neu angeschafft. Ausserdem wurde Digitalfernsehen eingerichtet. Im Frühjar 2008 wurden neue Vorhänge für das Esszimmer und neue Gartenmöbel (Liegen und Sessel) angeschafft und die Poolgarnitur gestrichen. Tatsächlich ist die Einrichtung im Esszimmer nach einem Wassereintritt nach einem Jahrhundertunwetter etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Da der die Schadensabwicklung mit der Versicherung noch nicht erledigt ist, musste mit der Instandsetzung der Furniere zugewartet werden.
Meine Familie freut sich schon sehr auf den Herbsturlaub in der Villa Palmera, wo wir endlich wieder Sonne, Meer und Pool genießen können.
