The apartment is located in the Sol Romantica complex on the east coast of Majorca, about 950m from the romantic bay Playa Romantica. The complex is elevated and has a beautiful view of the romantic country reaching to the sea. Nearby you will find a lot of bays, the famous dragon caves of Porto Cristo and the beautiful fishing harbor of Porto Colom. Our philosophy is “everything possible – no obligations”, therefore, you can simply book the apartment and completely rely on self-catering or you can visit our own restaurant. Here you can get a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.For children, there is a safe playground by the pool. So you will always have your children nearby and they will not leave your sight.

From here there are good bus connections to Palma, Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. During the summer months, a glass bottom boat travels between Porto Cristo and Cala Mandia. Monastery Mountain San Salvador, numerous weekly markets nearby. At our reception you can book activities, rental cars, bicycles and a whole lot more.

Familienfreundliche gemütliche Anlage

Die sehr gepflegte kleine Ferienanlage war für uns perfekt. Ein schöner Pool - nie überfüllt, ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme (wir waren in der Hauptsaison -, ein gepflegter Rasen und ein schönes Restaurant direkt neben dem Pool. Die Lage war genial, da man immer dann essen konnte, wenn man Hunger hatte und nicht weil das Buffett eröffent war - die Kinder mal schnell ein Eis - es war so herrlich unkompliziert - auch das Frühstück war lecker. Essen konnte man aber auch in den App. zubereiten - die Küche war klein, aber o.k. Die Wohnung selbst war ausreichend groß (wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer) und einen tollen Ausblick (2. Stock).
Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Personal - die waren alle super nett!!! Besonderen Dank an Dominik und Carmen! Meine Kinder (3 + 6 J.) erzählen immer noch von "Bominik". Wir kommen auch sicher wieder!

Aufenthalt mit Problemen

Wir haben im August 2009 mit unseren Kindern (11/14 Jahre) 2 Wochen
Urlaub in dieser Anlage gemacht.
Bei Ankunft konnte uns trotz Bestätigung im Febr.2009 kein Appartment im
1.Stock zur verfügung gestellt werden.
Da man im Erdgeschoß auch in Spanien die Fenster wegen Einbruchgefahr geschlossen halten muß, war ein ausreichendes nächt-
liches Lüften nicht möglich; bei 37° Tagestemperatur kein Vergnügen.
5 Tage vor Abreise konnten wir dann endlich in ein anderes Appartment
umziehen(1.Stock=wie neuer Urlaub)
Jetzt zum Wesentlichen:
Der Reinigungszustand bei Übernahme war miserabel;Haare auf den Böden,Kühlschrank nicht sauber,Reste von den Vormietern.
Das sich aufgrund dieser mangelhaften hygienischen Zustände kleine
Tierchen wie Ameisen wohlfühlen ist in mediterranen Urlaubsgebieten
wohl noch hinzunehmen; die aber zusätzlich in beiden appartments heimischen Flöhe
und die damit verbundenen 2-wöchigen Attacken waren einfach uner-
träglich.(die biester haben uns übrigens trotz größter Sorgfalt bis
Deutschland begleitet)
Sonnenliegen waren bei unserem Aufenthalt zeitweise nicht ausreichend,
da der Pool nicht nur von den Mietern der Appartments genutzt wird,
sondern auch von den Gästen des gegenüberliegenden französ.
Ferienclubs und insbesondere an Wochenenden von Besuchern des
Restaurants.
Der zuvor genannte Ferienclub unter französischer Leitung beginnt im
Übrigen bereits vormittags mit seinem unüberhörbarem Animationsprogramm, dass dann als Musikprogramm(klasse Technobeats)
bis kurz vor Mitternacht durchgezogen wird.
Fazit: Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
