The newly built house stretches out over 2 floors into a ground floor in a spacious living room, a large kitchen with a built-in kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. is all available) and a dining room, a bedroom with a built-in cabinet and a bathroom with shower and WC. From the living room and the kitchen you can get to the covered terrace and to the private pool. There you will find sun loungers and sun umbrella and invite you to go sunbathing and relaxing. On the top floor you will find a bedroom with a built-in cabinet, a bathroom with a tub/WC/bidet and a 12 m² roof terrace. From the bedroom on the top floor you will have a wonderful view of the mountains and from the roof terrace you can see up to the sea. All rooms in the house have a/c!

Golf courses near Sa Rapita can be easily reached. Parking options are available directly in front of the house.
