Set in a beautiful residential neighbourhood. Well equipped two story house with roof terrace and large balconies overlooking the sea to the front and mountain views to the rear, a short walk to swimming coves with beaches and diving rocks. It is ideal for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving with a safe shallow beach for children. The houseis self-catering with air conditioning and satellite TV. A lovely holiday setting for travellers of any age. Within minutes drive of 4 golf courses.

Near to the old Spanish towns of Arta, Capdepera and Son Servera the house is on the coast between the resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada, just to the north of Costa de los Pinos. The small resort of Canyamel is about 2 kilometres away and has an excellent large shallow sandy beach with restaurants, shops, and the Caves of Arta. The unspoilt Northeast has some of the best beaches in Mallorca and the northern resorts of the Bay of Alcudia are within 25 minutes drive.

16 Tage Wohlfühlatmosphäre in Costa de Canyamel

Die Betreunung im Vorfeld durch den Vermieter war intensiv und einwandfrei! Da es einen deutschsprachigen Verwalter vor Ort gibt werden anfallende Probleme schnell behoben. Die Angaben im Internet stimmten mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort voll und ganz überein ( es ist eine kleine "Ferienvilla" ). Wir waren 16 Tage Gast in dieser bezaubernden Doppelhaushälfte. Der Blick von der Terasse ( 3 Terassen, Erdgeschoß, 1 OG und Dachterasse war zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön!
Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, sauber und auf keinen Fall feucht. Alle Geräte in der Küche waren vorhanden und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und lief fast jeden Tag. Der TV ist wirklich etwas klein, aber wir sind ja im Urlaub und wollen kein Fernsehen schauen!!!!
Unsere beiden Kinder hatten wahnsinigen Spaß im Pool und wir waren fast immer alleine dort. Ein Mietwagen ist angebracht, sonst ist es ein ziemlich langer Weg nach Canyamel und zur Bushaltestelle.

Für zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern oder für vier Erwachsene ist dieses Feriendomizil sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir waren jetzt das 6. mal an verschiedenen Orten in Mallorca, davon 5 mal in Canyamel, am schönsten zu wohnen war es hier. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!

sehr ruhige Lage

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Wie die Vorbewerter schon anmerkten, handelt es sich nicht um eine Villa ,sondern um ein Doppelhaus, der Pool wird von den anderen Häuserbewohnern ( noch ca. 6 Häuser, die sich um den Pool gruppieren) gemeinsam genutzt. Der Vorkontakt zu dem Vernieter war sehr gut und freundlich.
Das Haus ist relativ einfach eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im unteren Teil und waren jetzt ziemlich feucht. Zur Küche und Wohnraum, sowie Terrasse geht es über eine Treppe hinauf. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Haus etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Fernsehgerät hat einen sehr kleinen Bildschirm. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf`s Meer. Ohne Auto ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen.

Domizil fernab vom Massentourismus

Die Beschreibung gibt die Realität ziemlich genau wieder.
Einzig den Begriff "Villa" erachte ich angesichts des Doppelhauses als nicht ganz angebracht.
Der Vermieter bietet hervorragende Unterstützung.
Wer die Ruhe einer Kiesbucht sucht, liegt mit der Wahl dieser "Villa" genau richtig. Wer hingegen den Hauptstrand (Sand) von Canyamel bevorzugt, muss einen Fussmarsch von ca. 25Min. oder die tägliche Autofahrt in Kauf nehmen.
Ich kann dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub in gut ausgestattetem Haus

Vorab schon guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der umfassende Informationen über das Haus und Canyamel zur Verfügung stellte und auch bei der Beschaffung eines Kinderstuhl behilflich war. Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung und vermittelte gepflegten Eindruck. Einziges Manko war ein fehlender Mückenschutz in den Schlafzimmern, welcher absolut nötig war, so dass wir gleich am zweiten Tag selbst Fensternetze gekauft und installiert haben.
Der Begriff deutsche Begriff "Villa" ist leicht irreführend, denn es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte.
Insgesamt kann dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfohlen werden.

Traumhafte Lage zum Sonnenbaden

Die Angaben im Internet waren stimmig. Der Pool ist ein Geminschaftspool. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich über das Internet betreut. Vor Ort gibt es einen deutschen Ansprechpartner bei Problemen. Dieses Domizil ist ideal für Individualurlauber, denen kleine Strandbuchten mit Kies reichen und die Ruhe suchen.
