The house is located in the charming back country of the French Riviera/Provence, in the idyllic village of Les Pins Parasols (district of Roquebrunne-sur-Argens), surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. To the lively coast and the beaches of St. Aygulf, Fréjus or St. Raphael are about 17 km away. The house is built in a Provencal cottage style and offers space for 2-3 people. It has a living/dining room, 1 bedroom with a French bed, a kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower, bidet and WC. In front of the house you will find a sunny terrace with garden furniture and loungers. The house is completely equipped. House insurance, fridge, electric stove, coffee machine and a table oven are available, but also a SatTV with German/French programs and a small stereo system. The enclosed garden belonging to the house is 400 m2 and has pine trees and cork oaks. An oleander bush protects you from curious neighbours. Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, etc.) are 1 km away.

Les Pins Parasols is located between the sea and the mountains of the Hte. Provence, 17 km northwest of Fréjus. The city is surrounded by a pine forest and is mainly used by French residents as a second residence. The near and far surroundings offer a holiday for every taste. Those who would like to be lively will find enough diversity on the sunny coast of the French Riviera with its diverse beaches and small bays and picturesque coastal cities. The coast can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. To Cannes in the west it is about 45 km, St. Tropez in the south can be reached in about 50 km. The Sunday market in Le Muy is recommended (about 10 km) with its fresh, typical products Very worthwhile destinations are also the Lac de St. Cassien (northeast) and the Canyon du Verdon with the Lac de Ste. Croix (northwest) and the perfume city of Grasse, surrounded by endless fields of roses and lavender. You can go on perfume distillery tours.
