From the spacious living-dining room with natural stone fireplace and terrace you will have a view of the stunning, small bay (only about 50m away!) and the well-kept garden. The fully air conditioned apartment offers you space on about 104 m2 (ideal for 4 people), you can relax on the 50 m2 roof terrace with a stunning panorama view (sea/pool/mountains). A perfectly equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, two light bedrooms with white built-in cabinets and two marble bathrooms offer you all comforts in order to immediately feel welcome. A wonderful pool location with a lot of space to lay down and a heated indoor pool with a fitness area and sauna are also available. Washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room. On request with the landlord, two mountain bikes can be used.

The beautiful apartment residential complex Residencial Betlem is located on the coast, surrounded by a protected natural protection region. Directly in front of you is the sea, less than 100m behind you is the mountain chain with the two highest mountains of eastern Majorca, the Son Morell (562 m) and the Puig de Ferrutx (519 m). The eastern end of the bay forms the Cap de Ferrutx. One of the most beautiful regions of Majorca with untouched nature and the highest relaxation value, not overcrowded by tourism. Near Betlem you will find the picturesque fishing village of Colonia St. Pere, which can be reached very quickly on foot. Countless restaurants directly by the sea invite you to unwind.
