This tastefully furnished, sunny 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with balcony and large windows and every conceivable facility is only 50 m away from the Kurfüstendamm, but nevertheless very peaceful and green. It consists of 1 spacious bedroom with a king-size double bed, desk, large mirror-fronted wardrobe and access to balcony, 1 spacious sunny living room with extendable sofa bed (140 cm surface), cable TV, hifi on balcony, 1 bright bathroom with bath, large window, washing machine / dryer, 1 sunny kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave and cosy dining corner.

Superb Flat

This apartment is a very good choice for a holiday in Berlin. These were the main positive points for us:

- Excellent location to explore Berlin by foot or with U-Bahn and omnibus - stations lie behind the corner. Bus 109 drives straight to Tegel Airport. S-Bahn station Charlottenburg is just a few blocks away. From there we could reach Potsdam in 20 minutes.
- Nice, quiet and green neighbourhood with tempting small bistros, restaurants and beautiful Jugend-style buildings in the sidestreets of Ku-Damm.
- Quiet, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment in 3rd floor. Windows to the large, green backyard. On the balcony, which was decorated with flowers, we enjoyed every morning breakfast with fresh buns (two bakeries nearby) in the morning sunshine.
- Very helpful owner, who really cares for her customers and gets them feel like home.

The extra-cost for the wireless internet connection was rather high, because we stayed longer than for 3 days.

We gladly recommend this accommodation to friends.

Best place to be in Berlin!

This apartment is a home away from home and decorated with taste. It has all you need: a dishwasher, Internet, washer & dryer,
best traffic connections in all directions including Potsdam.
Nice restaurants & pubs around.
What we really enjoyed and you cannot get in any hotel:
the breakfast on the sunny balcony with a nice view into the garden.
Thanks to the landlady for the bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary!

Eine hübsche, geräumige, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, die mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet ist! Selbst wenn's der PC mit dem W-Lan mal nicht so will, kümmert sich die Gastgeberin sofort um einen PC-Fachmann!
Ganz besonder nett: bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir zum Empfang Wein, Obst und Blumen vor.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man zum Messegelände laufen kann und dass die Wohnung verkehrstechnisch ideal liegt.
Wir kommen wieder, denn besser geht's nicht!
