Optimal eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Drei Frauen haben sich in der Zeit vom 3.-6.4.2008 in dieser entzückenden Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat trafen alle zu. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Josefstädter Straße 70 ist optimal. Von der Straßenbahn vor der Tür war in der Wohnung nichts zu hören, denn sie liegt zum Hinterhof hinaus.
Durch die Vermieterin waren wir gut vorbereitet auf unser Ankommen und Wohnen in Wien - wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen.
3 Wien-Touristinnen aus Norddeutschland grüßen.

Im Prinzip ist alles von den Vorrednern gesagt. Ich kann nur hinzufügen, was mich ZUSÄTZLICH beeindruckt hat. Die Kleinigkeiten: Schirme, Hausschuhe, Stadtpläne, Bücher, Zeitschriften, Reiseführer und weitere Wien-Infos, Schuhanzieher, sehr gediegene Küchenausstattung etc. etc.etc.. Last but not least, die ausgesprochen nette, sehr faire und flexible Vermieterin.
Also eine wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung wo auch an ALLE hilfreichen Details gedacht wurde.
Tip: Für ca 14 Euro kann man eine Woche (Mo-So) durch Wien mit allen öffentlichen fahren. Das Ticket gibt es gegenüber im Trafik-Laden.

- Ehrliche, flexible und nette Vermieterin
- Sehr sauber; praktisch eingerichtet; viel Liebe zum Detail erkenn- und erlebbar
- Optimale Betreuung; sehr zuvorkommend
- Weil die Wohnung wirklich schön ist, würden wir sie nur an sehr gute Freunde empfehlen, welche zur Einrichtung Sorge tragen würden.
- Für Gehbehinderte ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, weil ca. 80 Treppen zur Haustür führen; momentan wird ein Aufzug ins Haus implementiert.
- Wien bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche sich hier nicht alle aufzählen lassen. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
- Tipp für Feriengäste: Ein kurzes Studium über das Angebot des öffentlichen Verkehrs lohnt sich allemal.

Die am besten ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der ich je meinen Urlaub verbracht habe. Es wurde an so viele Details gedacht. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl, "wie zuhause". Und das ist doch das schönste, was man über eine Ferienwohnung sagen kann.
Jederzeit wieder, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

tolle Ferienwohnung in Wien

Dies ist eine sehr stilvolle und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Man konnte sich einfach wohl fühlen...auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Nicht weit entfernt von der U-Bahn und vor allem an einer Einkaufsstraße. Da die Fenster aber alle in den Innenhof gerichtet sind, war es sehr ruhig, sogar zur EM.
Wir waren begeistert wie schön die Wohnung ist. Die Bilder haben keinen falschen Eindruck gemacht. Einfach nur schön!
Die Betreuunng durch die Vermieterin war ganz super und wir würden jedem empfehlen dieses Domizil für einen Wienbesuch zu buchen.

Vielen Dank nochmals!
