By us, you will enjoy your vacation in a quiet, charming environment in the middle of the “Schwarzen Périgord”. The residence is located on a hill with an indescribable view into the valley towards the south. We have 2 swimming pools (each 4 m x 8.5 m) that are from June 2nd to September 15th (maximum of 26°C). There is a large lawn for relaxing and games with a table tennis table and a playground is on the private property. You can enjoy evenings with barbeque on the covered patio. Nearby you will find a lot of castles (like the castle from Josephine Baker in “Les Milandes”), cities, caves (like the cave from Lascaux) and a lot of other attractions. We speak German, English and French.

Notes to the rental rates

• Visitor’s tax (From May 1st to September 30th) for guests older than 13 years: 0.50 € per day per person. Security deposit upon arrival: 200 € (paid back after departure), pre payment: 30% of the booking fee. Upon request: bed sheets 8.50 €/person/week., towels, beach towlels andtable clothes 6 €/person/week, cot upon request for 7 €/week, final cleaning 50 €. The pool can be heated in advance for a fee.

We offer you the option of renting the entire vacation complex. In the past few years (built in 2005), we have seen that this offer is often taken up on by close families, but also by single couples without children or families with children. Each visitor will find their private space. The patio is an ideal location to have meals together. Your children will love the playground and 2 pools on the property. The entire estate is enclosed and the pools have a standard security system. There is a large lawn with a table tennis table and playground for relaxation and ball games. You can enjoy the evening on the covered patio with a barbeque.

There are many castles (like the castle from Josephine Baker in “Les Milandes”), cities, caves like the cave from Lascaux and a lot of other attractions in the near surroundings. Or you can spend a day in Dordogne, enjoy the nature while having a glass of wine at a snack bar. If you would like, you can go canoeing or swimming in the streams. Description of the vacation home. Booking: max. 5 people/vacation home, 3 rooms (2 of which are bedrooms). Ground floor, barrier free vacation home in a cottage style. 50 m² living space and additional covered patio (20 m²), separate storage area. The vacation home was built in 2005 and has completely new equipment, with the exception of a few antique furnishings. Traditional construction with viewable beamed ceiling (provides heat installation for the summer and winter), electric heating. Interior furnishings: open cottage style kitchen with a refrigerator (separate freezer), dishwasher, 4 flame gas stove, oven, vent and all equipment including a coffee machine and toaster. The living room has a dining space and hifi-equipment (CD player) and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bathroom furniture and a washing machine, separate WC. Room 1: double bed and furnishings (healthy mattress). Room 2: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed for 3 people and furnishing.
