Apartment Green is a beautiful, new and comfortable 2 room flat on the first floor. Apartment green has a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a sofa, a kitchenette, dining area and a beautiful balcony with patio furniture with marvellous views of the golf course and the lake. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a stove hood, and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. In the bathroom there is a washing mashine. This apartment is for 2 to 4 people. It is ideal for families with little children as well as for couples and friends. You can relax on the terrace while enjoying the golf panorama and the beautiful lake and mountains in the background.

Sport

Cecina is the ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking tours. Directly in front of the door is one of the most exclusive golf courses in the area: Bogliaco Golf Resort. The golfer can have fun here. A walk around the golf course in the middle of the countryside is worth for everyone. All water sports can be operated on the lake. 1 km from our house there is a beautiful riding place. Here there are riding lessons for beginners and for professionals.

Attractions

The house is located in a strategic position: from here every day you can do something different or visit a different place. It is worth visiting the Cartiere Valley and the historic buildings from the 14th and 17th century. Il Vittoriale degli Italiani (the house of Gabriele D'Annunzio) in Gardone Riviera is just a couple of miles away. The park is fantastic. Another attraction is the botanical garden Hruska with plants from 5 different continents. The ferry takes you to Malcesine, and then with the cableway up to the Monte Baldo. The panorama is breathtaking.

House Le Brede in the golf course is in the golf course 'Bogliaco' with a beautiful view of the lake. The 1912 founded Bogliaco Golf Club is the oldest golf course at Lake Garda. The course consists of 18 well-maintained holes. A mediterranean landscape and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lake determine the golfing experience in Bogliaco Resort. Thanks to its great location golf can be played on the golf course Bogliaco the whole year. The famous Garda Golf is only 35 km away from us. This golf course has a trail of 27 holes between the Rocca di Manerba, the Castello di Soiano and the hills of Valtensi, with viewpoints of enchanting beauty runs. This country's image is by cypress, olive, summer and the century oaks, Mediterranean pine trees and oaks perfected. The Arzaga Golf is 40 km away from us. This golf course consists of 2 golf courses. The two golf courses were fundamentally different, but with the clear projects created both the beginner as well as the experienced players. I Arzaga (18 holes PAR 72) was designed by Jack Nicklaus II designed, the space Arzaga II (9 holes PAR 36) by Gary Player. Arzaga Golf is located between the gentle hills of Gardaseeumlandes middle of a green oasis in an idyllic tranquillity.
