Apartments Le Brede on the golf course is situated in Cecina, a little village of Toscolano Maderno, on the western coast of Lake Garda. It is a new and elegant house complex of 12 apartments with pool. The house has got a beautiful sight on the Garda Lake and a wonderful sight on the golf course 'Bogliaco Golf Club', facing our apartments. They have got new, modern and comfortable furniture. A beautiful swimming pool with lake view belongs to the whole apartment house. Le Brede house is ideal for golf players, naturalists, cyclists, horse riding lovers and for all people, who would like to have a relaxing holiday in a quiet atmosphere. Apartments Le Brede is the ideal place on the Garda Lake for a holiday all the year round. Thanks to the mild climate of our region you can play golf, cycle, ride and trekking the all year round. Our house lays middle in nature in a peaceful position. The quiet and typical village of Cecina with a shop, bakery and restaurant-pizzeria can be reached.

Apartment fairway has a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining area, a second bathroom (guests' rooms), a beautiful balcony with patio furniture and a beautiful private garden with marvellous views of the golf course and the lake. The kitchen is modern, functional and equipped with a stove hood and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishes. This apartment is for 2 to 6 people. It is ideal for families with children as well as for couples and friends. You can relax on the terrace or in the private garden while enjoying the golf panorama and the beautiful lake and mountains in the background.

Our apartments are situated in Cecina, one of the several picturesque villages, of which Toscolano Maderno is made up. On the front there is the lake and the wonderful Monte Baldo and on the back there are the peaks of Monte Pizzocolo (1582 m) and Monte Castell di Gaino (866 m) with their breathtaking views. The particularly mild climate of this region makes it a perfect vacation spot, even in winter. Golf playing, walks and excursions on horseback or with a mountain bike are possible in our territory all the year round. In the typical village of Cecina you will find a little supermarket and a bakery, a restaurant and a pizzeria (about 0,5 Km). Toscolano Maderno and the wonderful sea with their delicious restaurants and the beautiful shops are about 2 Km far away. The major garda lake cities and attractions are very near too. Sport, nature, fun and culture on the lake and then back to your peaceful apartment, the ideal formula for a relaxing holiday!

Sport: Cecina is the ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking tours. Directly in front of the door is one of the most exclusive golf courses in the area: Bogliaco Golf Resort. The golfer can have fun here. A walk around the golf course in the middle of the countryside is worth for everyone. All water sports can be operated on the lake. 1 km from our house there is a beautiful riding place. Here there are riding lessons for beginners and for professionals.

Attractions: The house is located in a strategic position: from here every day you can do something different or visit a different place. It is worth visiting the Cartiere Valley and the historic buildings from the 14th and 17th century. Il Vittoriale degli Italiani (the house of Gabriele D'Annunzio) in Gardone Riviera is just a couple of miles away. The park is fantastic. Another attraction is the botanical garden Hruska with plants from 5 different continents. The ferry takes you to Malcesine, and then with the cableway up to the Monte Baldo. The panorama is breathtaking.

Sightseeing: Sightseeing: Brescia 40 km, Trento 50 km, Verona / Arena di Verona, 70 km, Mantova 72 km, 130 km Milano, Venezia 180 km. Amusement Park and Nature: Gardaland 40 km, Parco Natura Viva 50 km, Caneva World 50 km, Botanic Garden Sigurtà 52 km.

sehr schöne wohnug am golfplatz,super blick
saubere ,schöne wohnung,sehr ruhige lage daher nur mit auto zu empfehlen,einziger mangel sehr schmale und teilweise unbefestigte wege zur wohnung.

Wunderschön gelegen, weitab von den Bettenburgen

Wir haben Mitte September 2 Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Feriendomizil mit tollem Blick ins Grüne und auf den See verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind alle nagelneu und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen und auch das "Beleuchtungskonzept" war etwas ungemütlich (Energiesparlampenatmosphäre). Aber der große Balkon mit dem tollen Blick sind sensationell. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Besonders passionierte Golfer kommen auf ihre Kosten mit dem Blick auf den Golfplatz.
Man ist fern vom Massentourismus, wie man ihn z.B. in Limone findet. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist unbefestigt und sehr eng. Mit einem etwas breiteren Wagen könnte man Probleme bekommen. Mit einem A4 ist der Weg aber problemlos befahrbar. Der nächste Ort (Cecina) ist wunderschön. Allerdings sollte man auch hier das Auto lieber stehen lassen und den Ort zu Fuss erkunden. Es besteht akute "Feststeckgefahr" für das Auto. Die Straßen sind einfach zu eng.

Schöne moderne gepflegte Einrichtung mit wunderbarem
Blick von der Terrasse zum Golfplatz und seitlich zum See.
Gepflegte Anlage und Pool. Leider ein bißchen Abseits am
Berg und mit dem Auto weiter als 2 km vom See entfernt
(ist eher Luftlinie). Man muß halt um den Golfplatz herum-
fahren oder hat ein kleineres Auto um durch die engen
Gassen von Cesine zu kommen. Aber dafür ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub.
