Heated some degrees over ambience freshwater pool with a children's area. Sun terrace with sun-beds, pool towels, umbrellas and washing machine, all inclusive. Reception with free services: library, TV, DVD, PC, scanner, fax, printer, telephone, tourist information. At the same price than in the shops items like: stamps, postcards, drinks, pool hats, crafts, Gran Canaria typical products. All apartments have two private terraces furnished, well equipped kitchen, a separate and complete bathroom with shower or bath. Upon wish and availability: DVD, Computer, Handy, Spinning bike. For long stays possibility to install a washing machine in the bathroom instead of bidet. Optional private airport shuttle service (30 € per way). Rental car without driver at the airport with our selected company (Auto Reisen-Top Cars)at 18 €/day, (all insurances included, with a exemption from 150 €, or without any exemption for 24 €/day). Right on the beach promenade. The beach and the dunes of Maspalomas can be reached by stairs. Very calm complex, near the shopping centres Yumbo, Cita and Metro. Not in the centre of Playa del Ingles, however, the center can be reached easily and quickly by foot. Nightly entertainment in about 500 metres, but not in the apartment to hear. Golf course near ( only by car or taxi).

Payment & cancellation policy: Payment by banking or with credit card. Pre-payment of 35% after having received reservation confirmation and the rest minimum 4 weeks before arrivval (by banking) or upon arrival with credti card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD. Our cancellation Policy: -Within 3 months (90 days) before arrival, just pay the bank charges incurred, which are 2% or 5 €. -Before 2 months (60 days) of arrival, only paying 5%. -Before 1 month of arrival (30 days), pay 35%, but with a maximum of 2 weeks of stay. -If you cancel during the 30 days before arrival is charged 50% but with a maximum of 2 weeks of stay. -In special cases due to illness or natural catastrophies, and if you are special VIP, el Paseo will study the case and may apply a reduction.

Wunderbare Tage im El Paseo

Wir waren jetzt das 5. Jahr im El Paseo - immer im gleichen Appartement - und uns gefällt es mit jedem Mal besser. Man hat bzw. bekommt auf Wunsch (fast) alles was man möchte. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich; kleine Mängel werden praktisch sofort behoben.
Julia von der Rezeption ist kompetent und flexibel. Auch das ist mit ein Grund immer wieder das El Paseo zu buchen.
Es ist nicht die günstigste Unterkunft, aber man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld.
Wir haben auch für die nächsten Jahre "unser" Appartement reserviert.

Ich leide an einer Allergie gegen Wiesengräser, Roggenpollen und unfreundliche Leute.
Nach langem Suchen habe ich das El Paseo entdeckt und war von Anfang an schwer begeistert ! Nach 2 Tagen war ich jedes Mal beschwerdefrei, die frische und klare Seeluft wirkt besser als jede Medizin. Julia, Brigitte & Co kümmern sich herzlichst um persönliche Belange und geben einem das Gefühl der Heimat auf der wunderschönen Insel.
Logiere nun jedes Jahr hier im Mai-Juni und dank der modernen Einrichtung und des WLAN vor Ort kann ich hier quasi in meinem 2. Homeoffice arbeiten.
Viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants im näheren Umkreis erleichtern das individuelle Leben im El Paseo. Die täglichen Spaziergänge am kilometerlangen Sandstrand und in den Dünen trösten das Gewissen, zu gut gegessen und manchmal etwas zu viel getrunken zu haben.

Urlaub pur

Nach über 25 Jahren Urlaub auf den Kanaren haben wir 2002 unser perfektes Urlaubs-Domizil im El Paseo gefunden.
Morgens sieht man die Sonne blutrot aus den Fluten steigen, die Brötchen und die BILD-ung hängen an der Tür.
Auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Strand, Meer und Dünen kann man sein Frühstück genießen.
Danach geht man an den Pool oder durch den Garten, über die Promenade hinab (ca. 100 Stufen) an den kilometerlangen Strand.
Das Abendessen kann man in der gut ausgestatteten Küche zubereiten, aber besser man besucht eines der vielen zum Teil sehr guten Restaurants
in den umliegenden Shopping- und Vergnügungs-Centern. Den Verdauungsspaziergang absolviert man auf der ruhigen Promenade oder durch eines der quirligen Center um danach wieder für Playa del Inglesier Verhältnisse ruhige Gebiet der Calle la Luna zurück zu kehren.
Ein letzter Blick auf das Meer und aus der Ferne mexikanische Lifemusik, das ist Urlaub.
Der Appartement Anlage gebe ich 3 Koffer, plus 1 Koffer für die Lage und zuzüglich mindestens 1 Koffer für Julia die gute Perle der Anlage.
Somit volle Punktzahl für das El Paseo.

Wir sind hotelmüde

El paseo - wir (65/73) haben lange gesucht und endlich das Optimale für uns gefunden.

Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Ruhe wirklich alles super. Frau Steinke ist die liebevolle Seele der Anlage und als überaus erfahrene Geschäftsführerin einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Ob es die deutschen Brötchen am Morgen, der Wassernachschub oder auch besondere Wünsche sind, alles wird mit Leichtigkeit, unauffällig und präzise - möglichst sofort - erledigt.

Die Appartments entsprechen genau unseren Vorstellungen. Dies gilt für die A-, B- und C-Kategorie gleichermassen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut.

Wir waren 2008 und 2009 dort und bemühen uns, jetzt einen Termin für "unser Apartemento" abzustimmen.

Für uns gilt "einmal el paseo - seitdem immer el paseo.

Zufriedenheit

Mein Mann Manfred und ich, Karin sind so begeistert von
diesem Haus und der Betreuung dort, dass wir jedes Jahr
im Winter wieder hinfliegen.

Leider war es uns dieses dieses Jahr nicht möglich, da
mein Mann lange im Krankenhaus war. Seit 3 Wochen ist
er nun zuhause und spricht mindestens 1 x die Woche
davon, dass er im Januar 2010 wieder dort hin will.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und hat eine ideale
Lage, direkt an der Promenade und man sieht wunderbar
den Strand und das Meer. Weiterhin ist das Haus für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Weiterhin hat uns sehr erfreut, dass die Betten (Matratzen,
Kissen und Steppbetten) in einem sehr guten Zustand sind
und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Allerdings muss man
sagen, dass es im Winter nachts ruhig ist, während man
im Sommer bis nachts um 4.00 h die Strandbars lärmen
hört.

Man hat von diesem Standort viele Möglichkeiten zum
Spazieren auf der Promenade und am Strand.

Außerdem wird von der Leitung des Hauses im Winter
immer ein schönes Event (Ausflug etc.) angeboten, das
auch sehr gut organisiert ist.

Weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten, besondere Attraktionen oder Restaurants können wir nicht nennen, da wir zum
einen Selbstversorger sind und meistens spazieren gehen
oder mit den örtlichen Bussen die Insel erkunden. Hierzu
bekommt man immer fachlichen Rat vom Personal.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Haus und würden es
in jedem Falle weiterempfehlen.
