The property of the vineyard has multiple thousand square meters: a large place for cycling and playing for the children, small private garden for Villa Geminiani and Dependance, a biological vegetable garden, BBQ area... the pool (with kiddie pool, 12m x 5m x 1.4m open from the beginning/middle of May to the end of September) is about 80 m away, it is located above the villa of the owner and is surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden property with old olive trees. A large, tiled area in a stunning panorama location surrounds the pool (shower, sun umbrella, changing room and WC), that is only available for the owners and the guests of the Villa Geminiani. The guests here can also try the seasonal fruit from different trees. Private, small flower garden with a lawn, oleander, lavender and cosy veranda.

The vineyard with its own vinification plant is operated by the owners and produces wonderful white and red whines, for example, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Rosso Piceno doc or Falerio dei Colli Ascolani doc her, that the guests can try and -just like the house, cold pressed olive oil- buy. It is very beautifully location on a peaceful hill location in the centre of Asotal, where you can go on beautiful walks in the area, bikes can be rented, old monasteries, churches and burgs invite you to visit, the national park of the Sibillin Mountains (about 30 km) or the beaches of Adria (about 24 km) can be reached in about a 20 min. drive. The small old city of Montalto delle Marche with a city wall and cathedral can be reached in 6 km, an inn and shop are about 900m away, a swimming pool in Montelparo (about 10 km), the old and famous Provence capitol Ascoli Piceno can also be reached in about 40 km.
