The apartment is very spacious and bright with a lot of windows and two balconies. In the main living room you enjoy the sun and a lovely view into a green area all day long. It is a quiet and peaceful area, and at the same time in the center and it very easy to find public transport in all directions. You have one seperate sleeping room, and another double bed seperate in the large living room. In the kitchen you find everything you need also if you plan a longer stay. You find a washing machine, and full kitchen kitchen equipment. The whole apartement is renovated recently, also with a new wooden floor and a new bathroom. In the living room you have a big couch,shelf, a dining table, TV, CD Player and Radio. The area of the apartement is quiet and very interesting at the same time. You can enjoy al lot of excellent restaurants, all kind of shopping, theater, and of course the famous Kurfürstendamm just around the corner. Your pets are welcome too !

Central and quiet area living area just nearby the famous Kurfürstendamm. All kind of shopping just around the corner, Theater: 'Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz', and all kinds of very good restaurants. The apartement is perfect for visitors of fairs and trade shows: the 'Messegelände' is quite close and very easy to reach with public transport. The central location invites for sightseeing tours in all directions of Berlin: the eastern part / Mitte, Hackescher Markt and Alexander Platz, Museums Insel... and further in the West you relax in the big forest of Berlin Grunewald and all the beautiful lakes (Wannsee) and Potsdam.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Detailschwächen

Hallo,
1 Woche im Juli 2009 haben wir in dieser schönen, relativ ruhig aber doch zentral gelegenen Wohnung zu viert verbracht. Auch wir genossen die Zeit auf den Balkonen. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Frau.
Leider gibt es einige kleine Details, die sich sicherlich kurzfristig abstellen ließen:
-stark schwankende Wassertemperatur des Duschwassers (sehr erfrischend)
-ständig tropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche
-stark brummender Ton beim Fernsehen

An die einteiligen Matratzen in den Betten muss man sich erst mal gewöhnen, wenn man sonst eine (kleine) Matratze für sich hat.
Aber insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung doch gut gefallen.

Wir haben schöne Tage in Berlin verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu schlagen. Mit dem Bus ist man in 5-6 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten und der Gedächtniskirche sowie beim shoppen auf dem Kurfürstendamm. Auch zum Potsdamer Platz oder zum Alexanderplatz ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bestens bedient. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin reisen, dann bestimmt wieder mit Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an die Vermieterin, die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war perfekt.

Eine rundum Wohlfühlwohnung

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im November die ersten Mieter nach Komplettrenovierung (Laminatboden, neues Bad und neue Fenster in Bad und Schlafzimmer) und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, von der netten Vermieterin sehr gut und zuvorkommend betreut, können daher die Wohnung vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen, auch die Lage, ruhig und doch zentral mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, Sonnenbalkonen, Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Ruhig gelegene, grosszügige, helle Wohnung im 2.OG mit Aufzug; mit altem Baumbestand entlang der Strassenführung. Ausschliesslich Anliegerverkehr, kostenlose KFZ-Stellplätze entlang den angrenzenden Strassen. Günstige Lage mit S- und U-Bahn zur Stadtmitte und in das Umland. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch nahebei möglich. Funktionstüchtige Zentralheizung, alle Räume auch bei Affenkälte mollig-warm. Je separater Küchen- und Badraum mit Hängeclo-Waschbecken-Dusche, beide komplett eingerichtet. Gesamte Wohnung malermässig neu behandelt, das Bad neu installiert ! Keine Beanstandung irgendwelcher Art ! Die Reklamation in einer anderweitigen Bewertung ist unzutreffend und sollte schnellstens gelöscht werden! Kleiner Schlafraum mit franz.Bett für ruhigen, angenehmen Schlaf; zusätzliche Doppelliege in nicht direkt einsehbarer Raumecke des Wohn-Essraumes. Verlässliche und angenehm zurückhaltende Vermieterin, wohnt nicht im Gebäude, problemlose Abwicklung. Saubere Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Preis-Leisung sehr gut. Der nächste Berlinbesuch wieder hier.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene+2 Teenager+1 Hund) haben eine sehr
schöne Woche in Berlin verbracht, was natürlich auch an der tollen Unterkunft lag.
Es ist wirklich alles wichtige in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge zum Wannsee, nach Potsdam und ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Meter zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, so daß das Auto echt stehen bleiben kann. Nach einem anstregenden Tag hat, Aufgrund der tollen Wohnungsaufteilung, jeder die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen um zu entspannen, bevor es am Abend wieder los geht.
Kurz um. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar und die Abwicklung mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin total unkompliziert.
