This luxury villa is located in the picturesque village Colonia de Sant pere on the eastern side of the Bay of Alcudia. The preserved city offers you multiple small beaches and a large marina with a small shore promenade with restaurants and bars. In the city you will find smaller supermarkets, bakeries and souvenir shops. The villa is located only 300m from the sea and it is only about a 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or the beach. This exclusive modern finca was built in 2007 and offers you about 200m2 living space on two floors with altogether 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, an open and light living and dining room with access to multiple terraces and the pool, two parking spaces directly on the property, two partially covered terraces that can be reached through large sliding doors and a 6 x 3 m large pool.

Das Haus lag in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet nahe zum Strand, den man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnte. Das Haus selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet und genügt höchsten Ansprüchen. Jedoch waren nicht ausreichend Kissen in entsprechender Größe vorhanden, wurden jedoch auf Nachfrage nachgereicht. Der Pool ist für seine Größe (6x3 m) nicht durchgehend tief und daher nur bedingt zum Schwimmen geeignet.
