This luxurious villa has a stunning view of the gold coast and the nearby mountains, it is located 800m from the sea and elevated 50m above sea level. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an extra television-stereo-studio, 2 leather seats, 1 dining-suite, the fully equipped marble kitchen has a bar and American refrigerator with an ice maker etc... leaves nothing to be desired. A few steps lead to the basement with a washing machine, dryer, WC, shower and direct access to the pool. A marble staircase leads to the bedrooms on the top floor. 1 double bedroom with a sea view, balcony, mountain view, en-suite bathroom, WC, built-in kitchen, extra television room, 2 more double bedrooms, both with sea view and balcony. There is also a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi. A winding staircase leads to the top floor with a double bedroom, shower, WC, play room for children, winter garden with fantastic panorama view of the sea where the sun sets every day.

The villa is located above the city of Ayia Marina, 800m from the sea in a completely quiet location together with 5 more villas that are more than 100m away. A small street leads directly into the Paphos forest – here you can take a stunning exploration tours. Ayia Marina is a long, stretched out coastal city with small supermarkets, bakeries, etc. 5 km away is the picturesque city of Pomos with a small fishing harbor and beach with chairs, especially good for snorkelling. 2 km away in the direction of Polis are expansive beaches with a mixture of sand and pebbles. Further along you will find different beach taverns and freshwater showers. The cities of Polis and Latchi, with their water sport centers, are only an 8 minute drive away. The absolute “Inn-bar” for the whole coast is only a 5 minute drive away towards Pomos: “Paradise” with stunning sunsets, good music and a cozy setting.

My partner and I wanted total privacy and this is exactly what we received. The Villa is fantastic, great accomodation (not the usual 'local' style), nice pool, and views to die for, especially the endless sunsets.

Max and Julia were perfect hosts, never intrusive but always on hand if needed for local knowledge etc.

As 'seasoned' villa goers we are used to properties falling short of the description. However, this villa and its fantastic hosts will never fail to impress ensuring a fabulous stay. I can not recommend it enough!!!

The villa and location exceeded our expectations. The brand new villa is clean with everything you need including beach towels for each guest.

Max and Julia were super hosters. They were on hand whenever needed.

Great watersports at Latchi and the sunset quadbikes are a must. Lovely picnic areas and walking trails to all to enjoy.

whilst the pool does not match the impression given in the ad pics, this is a minor blip as the house itself more than delivers coupled with a breathtaking position and superb location. Just quiet enough but a short car ride to local towns and bars. A perfect holiday was had by all in an adult group with ages ranging from 23 to 55, the input from Max&Julia was just right there if needed but never intrusive we shall definately return this house & location has it all.
