The extremely tastefully designed villa is embedded in a level Mediterranean garden, surrounded by palm trees and groves. On the ground floor, you will find a large dimension living room with a dining table for 6 people, couch with 6 seats and a fireplace. Furthermore, the light-flooded winter garden on the patio and the covered patio on the other side invite you to relax. The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, stove and ceramic counter, large refrigerator with a freezer, grill, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster. Two bedrooms below offer comfortable tranquility, each for 2 people. For each bedroom there is a private bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a separate studio accessible from outside with a large double bed, bathroom with shower and WC and a mini-kitchen. From the airy sunny patio you can enjoy a fantastic far-reaching view and romantic sunsets.

This piece of earth is pampered by the sun! Between both of the salt lagoons and not far from the beach, you will enjoy one of the healthiest climates in the world. Only a few steps and you will reach the nature park of 'La Mata', where you can go through pine forests to get the salt lagoon. Flamingos and other types of birds can be seen here. The long reaching sand beaches of La Mata and Guadamar are excellent for clean water and offer uncrowned swimming fun. Furthermore, there are also long bike paths, tennis courts, golf courses, water parks, go cart tracks and stables. Numerous restaurants on site will take care of your wellbeing, often with music and dance. Shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, barbershops, bus stops are on site and can be reached by foot. Take a walk on the long reaching promenade along the coast, start a ship tour or discover the inland mountains.

Relax by the pool with a cool drink in the sun or have a relaxing 'siesta' in the shade of the palm trees. The winter garden offers a social get together at any time of the year with its opening sliding doors and spacious area. During the summer, you will enjoy the patio by the pool from which you will have a view of the romantically illuminated garden and pool during the evening. During the night, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms provide for a comfortable coolness. Each of the 3 bathrooms has its own bathroom, 2 of which are en suite. Of course, you can also refresh under the shower by the pool. Nearby you will find enough shopping facilities. However, small restaurants and cafes would love to serve you and can be reached by foot.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 16 jähriger Tochter haben 6 Tage in dieser Villa verbracht.
Alle Angaben entsprechen den Tatsachen. Es ist wirklich ein außergewöhlich schönes Objekt.( Viel zu schade zum vermieten? ) Man hat absolute Ruhe und den Komfort den man sich zu einem entspannten Urlaub wünscht.

Vielen dank, dass wir auf Ihrem Anwesen zu Gast sein durften. Alle Angaben im Inserat entsprechen der Wahrheit. Alles war sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der tolle Garten ist ein absoluter Blickfang. In der topeingerichteten Küche, konnte wir (5 Erwachsene) unserem Hobby, dem kochen frönen. Die Hausverwaltung sowie die Vermieter selbst sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und man kann über alles mit Ihnen sprechen. Wegbeschreibung, Stadtplan und weitere Informationen gehörten zum Service.Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nochmal vielen dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind, 9J., konnten wir in dieser herrlichen gepflegten Villa genießen, auftanken und entspannen. So viele schöne Terrassen und Liegen ermöglichten jedem genug Freiraum.
Lieblingsplatz: Poolbereich!
Herrlich waren die Entdeckertouren.
(Ortschaften, Strände, Promenaden, Märkte, etc.).
Wir haben dieses Domizil mit Freude weiterempfohlen
und besuchen gerne wieder die Villa Aloha!
