The apartments are located in a completely renovated winter garden high rise - the highest residential building in Leipzig - and can be reached comfortably via elevator. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom / WC, TV. On request, you can get fresh bread-rolls delivered to your door during the morning. The lovely furnishing and the cozy warmth of our holiday apartments may even make you forget that you actually aren't at home.

Our guest apartment Gewandhaus is located in the building next to the winter garden high rise, in the heart of the exhibition and publishing city, only 2 minutes on foot from the train station. Our accommodations are thus an ideal starting point for discovering Leipzig. We placed a lot of value on the cozy and warm equipment in our holiday apartments so that you can feel just at home. You can reach our apartments comfortably with an elevator. They are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/WC and TV. Our breakfast service offers you breakfast in the apartment on request. Ask us on site for the breakfast menu.

Our guest apartments are in the center of Leipzig, only 100m from the main train station and are an ideal starting point for discovering Leipzig. Whether on foot, by bike (bike rental at the train station) or with public transportation. Leipzig is a city with a lot of facets, a great history and is always exciting. During the summer, the largest beach in Saxon at the Cospudener See attracts many guests. It is located only 5 km from us and is almost 1 kilometer long and up to 700m wide. Whether a tourist or a business man, Leipzig offers something for everyone. And those who were there once will always come again...
