The villa "Don Quigotte" is located on a beautiful property at the foot of the Montgo Mountain. Look forward to a cool breeze that refreshes during the summer. The house offers three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large living room with a fireplace and dining room and a beautiful large patio with a BBQ area and seats with a granite table surrounded by carob trees. Furthermore, there is a roof terrace and a communal pool for 2 houses (11 x 4.50 m). The level, partially secluded garden with a beautiful lawn is very beautifully designed with palm trees, trees and other Mediterranean plants (can be used year-round, because there is oil heating and air conditioning).

Denia - the gate to the Costa Blanca! Denia is located geographically in the middle between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca. Here you will find kilometre long sand and pebble beaches or also steep coasts. A lot of relaxing activities and shops, bars and cafes await you along an alley shaded by large trees leading to the harbour. A large marina with bars and cafes invites you to unwind on the headlong and out onto the open sea on the Gulf of Valencia. The kilometre long beach Las Marines is shallow and ideal for children. The rock cliff beach towards Javea is particularly interesting for divers and nature lovers. From Denia you can go on day excursions to the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Majorca with a ferry. The castle in Denia is a characteristic cultural monument. It is located on an elevation where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the city, the harbour and the sea.
