The apartment has 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people and two bathrooms. The modern kitchen is completely equipped including a dishwasher and the entire apartment is equipped in a friendly and light manner. A cozy dining- and living room with German SAT-TV and air conditioning invite you to feel comfortable. The two patios from which the front one has blinds offer both shade and sun outside. Notes: The apartment offers space on two patios on both sides. The smaller balcony (about 10m2) with roll-out sun blinds is in the sun during the afternoon. The other patio (about 25m2) is equipped with a sun umbrella and two loungers and has a lot of sun during the afternoon. Thus, it is ideal for being on holiday at home the whole day and being undisturbed in the sun! Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which keeps the apartment comfortably cool during the summer and nice and warm during the other months.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Die Lage ist bestens - ruhig und doch so zentral und strandnah! Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist super. Einzig, wie in Spanien so üblich - der Kleiderschrank bietet nur mäßig Stauraum.

WIr waren zu fünft in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Unsere Tochter (2) hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist super und das Meer (es geht ganz flach rein) ist besonders für kleine Kinder optimal geeignet.

Wir haben von hier Ausflüge in die Berge (Soller, Cuberstausee, Lluc), nach Palma und nach Formentor gemacht - alles durch die Inselautobahn in recht kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Erholungsurlaub

Lage:
Optimal in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Man muss nur um das nächste Haus gehen um das Meer zu sehen. Von der Terrasse aus kann man die Fahnen am Strand sehen und Rückschlüsse auf die dortigen Wind- und Wetterverhältnisse ziehen.
Der Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt und gar nicht mal so teuer.
Zahlreiche kleinere Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, Souvenirläden und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Von der Lautstärke z.B. des Nachtlebens haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Vielleicht lag es auch an der Jahreszeit.

Strand:
Wunderschöner, kilometerlanger, feinsandiger Strand. Sehr sauber. Flach abfallendes Wasser, daher auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet. Das Wasser ist klar. Kaum Algen oder Steine. Quallen sind uns auch nicht begegnet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, modern und sauber. Das Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlichem Essbereich ist geräumig und ideal gestaltet. Vielleicht wäre noch eine Garderobe für die Jacken an der rechten Wand denkbar?
Zahlreiche Stühle und Sitzgelegenheiten.

Die Terasse ist groß, gemütlich, blickgeschützt. Der Balkon lädt zur Einnahme einer Mahlzeit ein, da er einen Zugang vom Wohnzimmer als auch von der Küche aus hat.
Der Balkon ist überdacht, sodass man Kinderwagen, Schuhe, Spielzeug etc. draußen stehen lassen kann. Sehr praktisch!

Die Küche ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Zahlreiche Töpfe und Pfannen. Auch sehr viel Geschirr und Gläser, sodass man nicht ständig spülen muss. Mikrowelle ist sehr praktisch. Der Kühlschrank hat sehr viel Fassungsvermögen und ein großes Tiefkühlfach.
Der Herd/Backofen ist modern und sauber. Es ist ungewöhnlich viel Stauraum für Einkäufe und Vorräte vorhanden.
Für uns wäre ein Messbecher, mit dem man Mehl, Milch etc. abmessen kann hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten war die Küche perfekt.

Die Schlafzimmer waren völlig ausreichend. Kleiderbügel zahlreich vorhanden. Durch die eingehängten Fächer wurde zusätzlicher Stauraum geschaffen. Den Inhalt von 7 Koffern konnten wir problemlos unterbringen.
Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden.

Alles in allem eine hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen und als Grundlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Toll für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Anfang September waren wir zu fuenft, davon ein elf Monate altes Krabbelkind in dem Apartment.

Positiv: Beschreibung ist voellig zutreffend. Strand (perfekt für kleine Kinder), Geschaefte und Lokale (mit Kinderhochstuehlen) sind in unmittelbarer Naehe. Einrichtung des Apartments erfreulich kindgerecht bzw. kindersicher. Modern eingerichtete Kueche.

Negativ: Ein bisschen eng, nachts etwas laut (aber man kann nicht alles haben - alles in naechster Naehe und gleichzeitig absolute Ruhe) und ich haette mir spezielles Mikrowellengeschirr gewuenscht.

Insgesamt: Das Apartment hat meine Erwartungen erfuellt und ich empfehle es bereits im Freundeskreis weiter.

Anmerkung: Babyprodukte von Hipp, Pampers etc. sind sehr teuer, besser mitbringen oder einheimische Marken nehmen

Schöne Lage - aber lästige Kleinigkeiten

Flop: Die Ausstattung, vorallem in der Küche, könnte besser sein: kein Nudelsieb, kein Dosenöffner, nur ein Topf, sehr kleine Pfanne, kein Salatbesteck usw. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber okay. Leider gibt es nur ca. 8 Kleiderbügel und keine Regale in den Schränken! Die hintere Terasse ist sehr schön, allerdings nur mit 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegen ausgestattet. Insgesamt hätte es sauberer sein können - es stand sogar schmutziges Geschirr rum, als wir ankamen. Durch die Nähe zu Hauptstraße ist es auch abends und nacht etwas laut - störte uns aber nicht besonders.
Top: Zum wirklich sehr schönen Strand dauert es keine Minute. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bis spät am Abend. Ein Supermarkt (Eroski) ist zu Fuß in ca. 15min zu erreichen.
Owner's Response: Leider wurden diese Dinge zu keiner Zeit von den Bewertern an uns heran getragen. Somit konnte dem leider während des Aufenthalts keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden - was ein Leichtes gewesen wäre. Es gehen immer wieder Dinge kaputt, werden entsorgt oder mit zum Strand genommen und gehen im Sand verloren. Die wenigsten Gäste weisen bei der Abreise darauf hin, daß ihnen etwas verloren gegangen ist und so entstehen dann diese Lücken in der Ausstattung. Es wird dafür gesorgt, dass die Ausstattung zukünftig bei Abreise kontrolliert und ggf. vervollständigt wird.
