The apartment is located between Alicante and Valencia. Both airports can be flown into. The apartment is a one hour drive away. Bus and train connections are also available. The ferry harbour makes it possible to take trips to Majorca, Ibiza and Formenterra. The Mongo nature park is right in front of the villa and invites you to go for hikes. The coast offers all thinkable types of water sports. The backcountry, which can be reached after a 10 minute drive, has wonderful, old (Moorish) villages. In Benidorm, about a 30 minute drive away, there are multiple amusement parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia...). In Vergel, about a 10 minute drive away, you can visit a very beautiful safari park. The city of Denia has an interesting cultural life with a very beautiful old city, a castle and a lot of museums. The Denia kitchen is extraordinary. Shopping facilities can be reached by foot.

Arrival and departure can be flexibly agreed upon. The apartment keys will be given to you onsite. If you wish, the apartment can be cleaned by our cleaning service – thus, you will not have to clean. A english speaking contact person is always onsite for all of your questions. The tourist information office is located only 500m from the house.

| Notes: | The whole apartment was furnished with very high-quality furnishings. All things needed for daily life are available. There are also books and games in the apartment. Children are very welcome. The complex has a pool and invites your children to come play. It is also ok to bring pets along. Of course, an elevator will bring you to the 7th floor. The garbage needs to be put out in the hallway in front of your apartment door and will be removed by the concierge every evening (no smell!). |
For sailors / motor boaters
The Club Nautico Denia has more than 601 spaces up to 20 m keel length and more than 150 spaces on a dry dock. The new marina offers first-class service, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The boats can be observed from the terrace. There is also a sailing school in the marina. Due to its location, the apartment is especially ideal for sailors who want to sleep somewhere dry or stay during the winter. Sailboats and motorboats can be chartered directly onsite. A Jet Ski rental office is also located on site. The whole coast can be discovered with boats leaving Denia. Should you arrive with a boat, then you can also rent a rental car. If you need one or more bicycles for your whole vacation just tell us.
For divers / Motorcycle drivers
The coast of Denia also has a lot to offer divers. Two diving schools take care of the whole infrastructure. Daily boat trips to wrecks, caves and sea weed fields are offered. You will also have the ability to dive around the rocky coasts. A diving base is located a three minutes walk from the apartment. This base is wonderfully sorted and open year round. The underwater world on the Costa Blanca is special for its fabulous flora and fauna. Cave divers will also find what they want in Moraira (the largest underground cave system of the Iberian Peninsula). The apartment can also be used as the perfect starting point for great motorbike tours in the backcountry. Deserted stretches of land, serpentines, small bays, old Moorish villages, castles and a lot more are waiting to be discovered by you. All destinations can be comfortably discovered during a one day tour.
Nature lovers
The fascinating landscape of the Montgo Nature Park starts near the apartment – here you will find stunning flora and fauna and a fantastic panorama (view reaching to Ibiza), perfect for hikes to the summit. You will see that hawks, eagle owls, kestrels and peregrine falcons make their nests here. Hiking routes with signs ranging from 2.6 to 9.6 km can be discovered. The highest point is located 753 meters above sea level. Due to the especially wonderful geographic location and the magnesium rich mountain, the climate here is ideal for people suffering from heart, lung and rheumatic diseases. The clean sea water and the fine quartz sand can relieve skin diseases and joint problems.
Other Activities Paint-Ball
Golf Information:
Three golf courses are located by the apartment: “Club de Golf La Sella” with 18 holes (soon to be 27), course 6028 meters, par 72. This course is located by the Mongo Nature Park and offers a stunning panorama reaching past the greens and fairways. “Club de Golf Javea” also has 18 holes, course 3040 meters, par 72. This course was designed by Francisco Moreno. The greens and fairways are integrated between hills, slopes and large orange plantations and thus makes for a course for golfers with high demands. The third golf course, “Oliva Nova Golf”, has 18 holes, course 6270 meters and par 72. All courses can be reached within a 15 minute drive. Directly in front of the house, you can relax after golf in a bar by the marina or at a beach bar.
