This bright and modern equipped 50 m² (530 ft²) apartment is situated on the second floor in a 19th century building and looks onto a quiet courtyard. Due to its central location in the 7th Viennese district it offers a wide range of openings for tourists, most of the tourist attractions can be reached very easily by public transport. The entire apartment has been recently completely renovated. It is comfortably furnished and has room for up to four persons. The sleeping accommodations are: bedroom with 1 big double bed, a sleeping-couch (140 x 200) for 1-2 persons in the living room. The living room offers a cosy seating and a dining table for 4 persons and big screen TV with cable and Pc with WIFI. The kitchen has a very modern equipment including refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric stove, a microwave and a coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower. A hair-dryer, soap and shower-gel are offered. We provide sufficient bed linen, towels

The apartment is situated in the 7th district of Vienna where are a lot of tourist places closed by. A Supermarket is around the corner, you have 3 Minutes walking distance to an internet café. Many shops, restaurants and other cosy places are situated in the neighbourhood. Bus stop in also around the corner, by bus you are in 5 Minutes in the old centre of Vienna (Museums quarter, Hofburg, Parliament, Town Hall and all other Museums), the walking distance is 15 Minutes. 5 Minutes walking distance to U6 (4 stops to Schönbrunn palace,1 stop to the railway-station Westbahnhof). There are 2 tram-stops to Mariahilfer Strasse, the biggest shopping street in Vienna (by walking 10 Minutes), the tram station is in front of the house. There are 5 minutes on foot to the shopping mall Lugner-City with a big Cinema-Centre and billiard centre. There are 10 minutes on foot to Stadthalle (indoor-pool and tennis and ice skating), and 15 minutes by public transport to Donauinsel (Danube island).

  • 1-2 people: EUR 75. - / night, 3 people: EUR 85. - / night, 4 people: EUR 95. -/ night. If you stay longer than 7 nights you get a discount of 5%. If you stay longer than 14 nights you get a discount of 10%. For babies (age 0 - 2 years) we provide a crib for free. Prices include all charges, taxes and final cleaning (at a minimum stay of 3 nights). If you only want to stay for 2 nights (minimum stay) we demand a cleaning charge of EUR 35. - .
  • We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount. It is possible to pay the deposit with your credit card per PayPal. Please pay the remaining amount in cash (EUR) at your arrival. Booking Conditions for the period June 6 to 30 2008: By booking we kindly ask you to send us full names, addresses and passport numbers of all persons. We ask for a deposit of 50 % of the total amount within 10 days. It is possible to pay the deposit with your credit card per PayPal. The balance has to be paid until 28 days before arrival. On arrival we ask for deposit money: EUR 250. - In cash, which you get back on the day of departure.
  • Cancellation: The guest has to let us know about a possible cancellation as soon as possible. If the guest informs us in written form until latest 28 days before date of arrival, we transfer his deposit back to him.

Ein Gast bzw. Familie aus lille (france) am 05.09.2007. Excellent stay in a super equipped and very pleasant apartment. Very quiet and not too much far from the center, very accessible with all the types of Viennese public transportation. Ein Gast bzw Familie aus Hamburg (Deutschland) am 16.03.2007. Einen lieben Gruß aus Hamburg senden Harry & Angelika Wiechel. Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen, die Ausstattung war absolut zweckmäßig, die Lage für jede Art von Unternehmung zu Fuß oder mit Öffis perfekt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Besonders möchten wir uns auch für die Restaurant-Empfehlungen bedanken, auch wenn wir für das Gaumenspiel nicht ganz adäquat angezogen waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein Gast bzw Familie aus Eibiswald (Österreich) am 08.05.2006. Ein unbeschreiblich schönes Wochenende beim Vienna, City Marathon, gut untergebracht im Apartment Kaiserstrasse. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet, liegt sehr zentral. Alle Ziele gut und schnell erreichbar.
