A typical Majorcan townhouse in a central location, at the foot of the Kalvarienberg, by the non-traffic street Calle Mayor with its many numerous small shops and tapa-bars. From the 50 m2 large roof deck, you will have a wonderful view above the roofs of Pollenca and of the impressive church tower with the church clock. In the living area of the townhouse, you take steps past the shoe store on the ground floor. The village house has three bedrooms - two double and one single room. It has a complete bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen and living/dining rooms are located on the second floor, the bedroom and the bathroom are located on the third floor. In the fourth and top floors you will find a 50 m2 large roof deck. A shoe store is located on the ground floor.

The old city of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful and traditional cities in north Majojrca. You can enjoy it at any time during the day: breakfast in one of the coffee houses, while shopping at one of the boutique stores or jewelry stores. There are multiple art galleries, museums and a lot of different restaurants in order to be able to eat there for lunch of dinner and maybe end the day with a glass of wine on the beautiful market square. The market is filled with color and life during its Sunday market. The harbor Puerto de Pollensa is ideal for walking by due to its beach promenade surrounded by pine trees and the exclusive marina. Cala San Vicente is the closest bay located to Pollensa. It is the jewel of Pollensa, beautifully located in the Tramuntana mountain chain, with a view of the powerful Mediterranean and the emblematic mountain that rises from the sea, the Cavall Bernat, the subject for many respectable painters.

Just returned from 10 great days at "Can Company", Pollenca.
The house is right in the center of the Old Town with everything on your doorstep. We found the house to be really tastefully restored, with all mod cons. Spotlessly clean with fresh towels/linen that were changed regularly.
Pollenca is a lovely town that still has a traditional feel with great restaurants. A ten minute drive takes you to the port and beach.
Not forgetting the great roof terrace with fantastic views over the town where we spent many an hour relaxing.
Karin and Jaime were great hosts
