Our modern and romantic apartment has a green roof and is very central, yet in a quiet location, 1 minute from the closest bus stop. The bus will bring you to the S-train station Südkreuz, S-train station Schöneberg or the subway station Kleistpark in a few minutes. The living/bedroom leads to a beautiful light flooded kitchen with a glassed entrance leading to a spacious sun patio (13 m²) with wood flooring. The cozy atmosphere is especially seen in the inside rooms due to the wood flooring and the wide, green tiling (kitchen area). (Equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and washing machine). The bathroom has a bathtub. In the living/bedroom, you will find a large double bed, cozy seats and counter table in the kitchen. You can enjoy the sunsets and rises from Spring to Fall from both the living room and the patio. View East/West: open view of Berlin / Gasometer monument.

The “Schöneberger Insel” is a traditional residential area in the center of Berlin with Wilhelminian style constructions. Despite its very central location, the INsel-Kiez is only connected to the rest of the city by 4 bridges. For this reason, a romantic Kiez flair has been preserved over the years. Here is where Marlene Dietrich and Hildegard Knef were born. The buildings are very close to Gustav-Müller-Platz, where one of the most important churches on the island is located – the Königin-Luise-Memorial Church. The architectural “emblem” is the gasometer (monument of industry). Parks nearby: Cheruskerpark, Viktoria-Luise Park. The neighboring WIttenbergplatz is dominated by sophisticated shops with the KaDeWe on the Tauentzienstraße. There are multiple bars and stores in Kiez by Golzstraße and the subway station Nollendorfplatz (and also partially Motzstraße). There is a large weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday at the Winterfeldtplatz.

Ein schönes Stadtappartment, hoch über den Dächern, mit tollem Sonnenbalkon, vollständiger Ausstattung und sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Besitzern. Zentral gelegen, gute Verkehrsanbindung - ideal, um Berlin zu entdecken.

Having a GREAT time in Berlin!!!!!

hello everybody!
I'm sure you heard about Berlin... What a wonderfull city! there is so many things to do here!!! first : if you are interested into architecture, it is a really interesting city. Second : if you like to go out, there is no place in the world as Berlin !!! people are deffinitly friendly, relaxed and hot going!!! and finaly : if you like to stay in a confortable flat (after a long day of walking around the city, or a long night in clubs, trust me it is very important!!) TRY THIS FLAT !!!

It is a kind of loft, with a nice terrasse, and when the sun is coming down every day, it is simply amazing !!!

You will love to cook some very good meals with organics products (there is a nice organic shop close from the flat) in the huge american kitchen.

But if you're lazzy to cook some days, you can also go out and try the THE BEST CHAWARMA restaurant of the WORLD and have some drinks in the Gold Strasse (8 mn by feet !!) My favorite bar was the Café M, you have to try the Mojitos there.... and the music selection is really great !!

There is a lot of small shop with nice original creations from local designers. I told you, this city is amazing!!

And finaly, you will be really surprised, the cost of life is realy low in Berlin !!!

And if you want good tips about what to do and what to visit, you can ask to the owner of the flat, her name is Julie, you will see, she is sooo lovely !!!

Hope you will love it as i love Berlin, but one thing that i'm sure of, is that you will love the flat in Gustave Muller Strasse !!!

Es ist alles da, was man braucht (vom Toaster, über Waschmaschine, Duschgel, Radio,...) und die Wohnung hat eine grosse wunderschöneTerrasse!
