Casa Joana apartment is in the middle of Colonia de Sant Jordi holiday estate in a tranquil side street right beside the harbour and the beach. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment block of 6 apartments. It has 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds and built-in cupboards, 2 bathrooms each with bath or shower, WC and bidet, kitchen, very large living room with suite and dining table and an enclosed veranda containing a washing machine at the rear of the apartment. From the rooms at the rear of the apartment you can see into the local inhabitants’ small patios. The 40 m² front terrace has lots of sun in the morning and has access to the street. Harbour, beach, shops, supermarket can all be reached in 3 minutes on foot, so you don’t really need a hired car. Casa Joana apartment is very good for families who will love the two harbour beaches and lovely local atmosphere... lighthouse, fishing boats ...

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a small fishing town in the south west of Majorca between the two natural beaches of S`Avall and Es Trenc. Nearby there’s a nature and bird reserve and the island of Cabrera, designated a national park in 1992, which you can visit starting from Colonia St. Jordi during the season via a boat trip. The nearest large town is Campos, which has a typical Majorcan ambience with small, well-stocked shops, restaurants and local fiestas during holidays. The protected beaches are child friendly and great for long beach walks outside high season. In the town you can hire motor bikes and bicycles. The newly-constructed paseo means that you can go around the whole town on foot and discover all the smaller, hidden sandy and pebble beaches.
