This house on approx. 100m² grounds has plenty of space for 4-6 persons. Central heating and air conditioning create all-year warmth. The cosy tower room contains fireplace, satellite TV and CD/MP3 stereo radio. The cosy, fully equipped large kitchen has everything you need plus dishwasher and espresso machine. Two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms, spacious for all. On the lower terrace there’s a pool with separate outdoor shower to relax in. The Mediterranean grounds with palms are great for whiling away your holiday.

Our house is on a south-facing hillside above the village of Sanet y Negrals. You’ll be cooled in summer by the fresh sea breezes and in winter you’ll enjoy the sunny, dry 180 ° wide, unspoilt view of mountains, villages, orange plantations that stretch to the sea and the harbour town of Denia, only 10 min. away. It also only takes 10 min to reach lots of shops and a 22 km dune beach. Hikers and golfers will love it here. The nearest German-speaking hospital is 5 minutes away in the next town.
