This gorgeous villa is located at the romantic river Cocohatchee with direct connection to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a suite and two bedrooms, each with a separate exit to the pool area. All bedrooms have a bathroom of their own and a walk-in cupboard. From the pool you have a wonderful view over the beautifully landscaped garden. Apart from a dining table on the terrace, there is a small kitchen with an electric grill for a real American barbeque. A piano and a large TV in a separate room is part of the luxury equipment. The villa has a spacious, open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator and dishes. The laundry has of course a washing machine and a dryer. A golf course and public tennis court is only a short walk away.

The selected nightlife at 5th avenue and 3rd street with excellent restaurants, galleries and cafes as well as the amazing sunset at the pier of Naples, guarantees a wonderful evening. Just as well are perfect facilities for shopping. Only 15 min. by car far away you find the shopping mall 'Waterside' at Pelican Bay with stores of the most famous designers.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus letztes Jahr einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und gepflegt, wir haben uns super erholt! Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Der Weg zum Strand dauert mit dem Auto nur 10 min. Wir haben im Haus alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen!!! Wir kommen wieder!

Seit Jahren fahren wir immer wieder in dieses schöne Haus und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
Man hat absolute Ruhe und viel Platz zum Entspannen.
Die Betreuung in Deutschland und vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
