Apartment 404 is located in a well-maintained complex with private access to the beach and a large heated pool as well as a child's pool. A kitchen is available for those who are self-catering and there are numerous restaurants to go out to. The day begins with a fantastic sunrise over the ocean. The beach is perfect for long walks. Day-trips to Orlando (Disney), the Keys or Cape Canaveral are possible thanks to the great location. The next city is Daytona, which is known for spring break and its many events.
