This house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining area, terrace with private swimming and whirl pool and modern kitchen. Quality furnishings with plasma or large rear projection TV, DVD etc. Complete climate control of course, electric shades on the terrace allow you to eat breakfast even when the sun is very strong. Free WLAN internet. Also covered carport. This property is in the best residential area of Pattaya with walking distance of the popular Wongamat beach. It’s in a cul-de-sac guaranteeing tranquillity, although the famous Pattaya night life is just 10 minutes away by taxi. The price includes free of cost daily maid service so you don’t miss hotel facilities. You can’t get a better place to stay in Pattaya, these villas were opened in 2006, built to the latest European standards.

This villa is in Nordpattaya (Naklua) not far from the famous Wongamat beach. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to get to Pattaya’s famous night life. Within easy reach on foot you’ll find little restaurants, pharmacy, massage, grocery shops, moped hire etc. it’s ideally situated in a cul-de-sac but still central. Attractions and several good golf courses are within easy reach by taxi (very cheap) or your own car. You can do boat tours of the neighbouring islands including snorkelling. Pattaya’s big shopping centre is also just 10 minutes away by taxi. The daily price of the villa is far less than surrounding hotels and can be used by 2-4 persons. You can’t find a better place in Pattaya.

This is an excellent place to stay. The house is big, clean and modern. The pool is excellent! We loved the outdoor kitchen. There is high speed wireless internet, satellite tv and daily maid and pool cleaning service included. What more could you want?! A perfect place for a family to stay. The owner lives on site and is helpful and friendly. The area around has plenty of great restaurants and the main area of Pattaya is only a few minutes away by moped. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to visit again sometime soon.
