Photos and Description of this Rome holiday apartment Renovated, very well equipped apartment for 4 people in the city center

The apartment is completely and very tastefully restored. The old, heavy wood ceilings were preserved and give the apartment a cozy ambiance. The cotto-floors with warm tones are completely new and the furnishing combines antique-rustic with modern elements. The apartment itself is made up of a spacious living-dining room with chairs and a double sleeper-sofa,dining table and TV, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom with a shower and a kitchen (walled kitchenette with washing machine) with a small sitting space outside for warm summer evenings. The apartment has windows on two sides, on the front via the Baccina (living room) and also from behind (bedroom) so that during the summer, the apartment is very cool. In the bedroom you will additionally find a ceiling fan. The apartment has central heating (gas). An iron and ironing board are also available - there is also a hair dryer and internet access.

The equipment in the newly renovated apartment is very solid and complete: good beds, a cosy living room with couches, beautiful old wood beam ceilings throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is very well-lit and ventilated because it is located on the 3rd floor and the window and the small Baccina can be opened. From the living room windows you will have a view of the Augustus Forum. The furnishing combines old, antique pieces with modern elements. The kitchen has a walled and tiled kitchenette and is completely furnished and equipped with dishes. From the kitchen on the backside of the house you will find a small sitting space outside for warm summer evenings, but also for sunny winter days.

The apartment is ideal for everyone who wants to live directly in the city center and still would like to be able to sleep quietly. The small alley via Baccia have absolutely no through-traffic, it can only be driven through by owners at certain times with special allowance. It also hardly has any pedestrian traffic because there is no shopping street that would attract the tourists. Other than a small grocery store in the neighboring house, there are hardly any stores or bars nearby. You can find a rich selection of these right around the corner in the via dei Serpenti, the via Panisperna etc. Short evening walks to good restaurants or to a nice, small pizzeria nearby are also unlimited, just as daily 'shopping' right from your door. If you would like, you can discover the entire old city of Rome without every having to see the inside of a bus or train!

Diese geräumige Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist aber dennoch ruhig.Darüber hinaus ist sie sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Der Bus 117 ist uns im Laufe des Aufenthalts richtig ans Herz gewachsen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr gut und die angebotenen Hilfen nützlich. Wenn die Lage im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug nicht stört, eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung.
Owner's Response: Es ist immer schön zu hören, daß die Unterkunft das hält, was meine Beschreibung verspricht. Alte Häuser wie dieses haben leider oft nicht den Platz, daß man einen Aufzug einbauen könnte, dafür aber bieten sie das Erlebnis, wirklich tatsächlich mitten im historischen Zentrum zu wohnen, und das mit dieser Wohnung auch noch in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Straße ohne Druchgangsverkehr. Obwohl einige Busse ganz in der Nähe halten, kann man das gesamte Zentrum auch zu Fuß erkunden. Da ich Deutsche bin und in Rom lebe, kann ich meinen Gästen auch problemlos bei fast allen Fragen, Wünschen und Problemen helfen.
Ich freue mich auf viele weitere zufriedene Gäste.

Die Wohnung liegt ausgesprochen zentral und gleichwohl ruhig (Vieles kann zu Fuß erkundet werden, die Metro--Haltestelle Cavour ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen). Sie ist funktional ausgestattet und sauber; gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der den Abflussrohren im Bad entströmende Geruch.
Hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute Service der Vermieterin, z.B. Unterstützung von An- u. Abreise durch Vermittlung eines Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen oder Online-Check-In und Ausdruck der Board Passes sowie einige nützliche Hinweise zum Aufenthalt in Rom. Hervorragend war die von ihr vermittelte nächtliche Stadtrundfahrt.
Owner's Response: Ich freue mich sehr, wenn meine Gäste mit meinem Service zufrieden sind und bemühe mich auch entsprechend darum schon im Vorfeld alles gut zu organisieren und bei Problemen vor Ort - die immer einmal auftauchen können - stets ansprechbar zu sein und notfalls für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Leider habe ich von dem Geruch im Bad nichts erfahren. Manchmal tritt das bei Änderung der Wetterlage auf, gerade in diesen alten Häusern, mir ist das bei vielen solchen Wohnungen schon hin und wieder passiert. Ich hätte auch hier gerne geholfen, wenn ich etwas erfahren hätte, zumindest kann man mit speziellen Reinigungsmitteln und Verschließen der Abflüsse abhelfen. Tut mir leid, ich werde es mir für die nächsten Gäste merken!

Super Lage!!!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern ( 16 und 12 Jahre alt) im Juli 2009 für eine Woche in Rom.
Die Angaben im Inserat sind absolut korrekt, die Ausstattung gut, im Sommer wäre ein Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer ideal.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut traumhaft, man kann ganz Rom zu Fuß oder mit Bus / Metro erkunden.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt wertvolle Tipps.Sie hattte stets ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen oder Problemen.
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben die Wohnung auch schon weiterempfohlen.

sehr nette gut eingerichtete Wohnung mitten im Zen

Wir waren mit unserer 1 jährigen Tochter für eine Woche dort.Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdnehr zentral.Die Busverbindung waren sehr gut.Wir konnten viel unternehmen und dann in der Wohnung richtig schön entspannen.In der nahe gelegenen Einkaufsstrasse fanden wir alles was wir dazu brauchten.Das Sylvesterfeuerwerk konnten wir vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus beobachten.Die Betreuung der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Absolut korrekte Angaben, Das Feriendomizil war sauber bis auf die Wandkacheln in der Dusche. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, für unsere Erfordernisse perfekt. Sehr ruhig.
Die Vermieterin hat uns hervorragend betreut auch schon im Vorfeld.
Die Lage ist genial, man kann zu Fuß die Stadt erschließen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Wir würden das Domizil wieder mieten und auch weiterempfehlen. Restaurantempfehlungen sind Geschmacksache und vom Preis abhängig.
