A neat and quaint cottage in a traditional Majorcan style, situated half way between the old town of Lloret de Vistalegre and Sineu, famous for the Wednesday market. This villa offers good holiday accommodation in a quiet country location. Set in its own mature grounds with swimming pool, the house is on 2 levels. Lovely covered terrace with an old Majorcan bread oven and a barbecue which leads to the pool area. The swimming pool is terraced and surrounded by a garden area. Beautiful views of the town and the island. It is very peaceful with absolute privacy. Your children willnot be bored: there is a ping pong table and a footballtable game.

Lloret de Vistalegre offers the visitor a taste of still-typical Majorcan village life, secluded in an enchanting landscape, far away from mass tourism. The old village centre, with its beautiful church, entices one to take a lazy stroll through the lanes. Numerous bars, cafes and restaurants offer you a variety of local delicacies. Only five minutes away is the neighboring village of Sineu where along with shops and a rail connection, there is also a 24-hour medical clinic. And every Wednesday it is also the location of a large weekly market where you can find what you’re seeking, be it artistic handicrafts, fresh fruit or vegetables. All-in-all, this central location is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. In only 25 minutes you’re at the next beach (Playa de Muro), and Palma itself is only 30 minutes away.
