Private non-smoker house, self-catering, romantically situated in a nature reserve. The house is equipped in a sophisticated standard. Completely equipped kitchen, (gas stove, fan oven, dish washer, washing machine). Satellite TV, CD player, electric piano and DVD player. The pool has a size of 4 x 8 m. Outdoor furniture is available. Unspoilt view on the valley and the Pyrenees. Vingrau is located in the area of the Pyrénées- Orien Valley in one of the most famous wine routes (Route de Vin) of Southern France. 30 min to reach the sea. The marvellous beaches will exceed your expectations, crystal clear water. The naturism beach is not far either. An appealing area to go hiking, climbing, swimming or to discover castles. The World Cultural Heritage, the fortress of Carcassonne (La Cité de Carcassonne), as well as the commune Salses le Chateau are not far away. 30 km till Perpignan by car. 45 min by car to the Spanish border.

The close Cathar fortress dominates the countryside because of their hilltop location. Peryperteuse and Queribus are worth a trip. Both fortresses are located within a radius of ca. 15 km. The white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea can be reached quickly. In Perpignan with its historic old city you can visit the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. The small and narrow alleys in the centre of the historic old town invite you for a stroll and to enjoy a bite. Wine trials in the close area are always a great experience and enjoyed by the winegrowers. Especially good wines are offered by the associations in Tautavel and Vingrau.

Sehr schönes, sehr persönlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Grandioser Ausblick, perfekte Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber - und der eigene Pool war das i-Tüpfelchen. Sowohl das Haus als auch die weitere Umgebung eignen sich auch für einen Urlaub mit (selbst kleineren) Kindern. Es gibt viel zu erkunden und schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Weinproben, aber selbst der sehr gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ( 15 min. entfernt) bietet eine riesige Auswahl an hervorragenden Weinen. Wir hatten drei Wochen tollen Frankreich Urlaub und werden sicher wieder kommen, um den Rest zu entdecken.

vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub, in einer traumhaften Gegend und einem sehr heimeligen und gemütlichen Haus! Die unschlagbare Aussicht lässt nichts anderes zu als auszuspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen und das Haus und der Pool perfektionieren diese Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Also Erholung pur! Nicol

Angenehmes, komplett eingerichtetes persönliches Haus in eindrucksvoller Lage, sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Traumhafter Blick über die herrliche Bergwelt.
Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Für Kulturreisende und Weinliebhaber gleichermaßen ideal.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in fantastischer Lage!Das Meer in der Nähe, ein toller Pool vor der Tür und ein unvergleichbarer Blick auf die Berge!!Wir hatten einen super schönen Sommer und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Das Haus (Küche, Bad, Terasse, Wohnzimmer) ist perfekt und komplett ausgestattet, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr gemuetlich eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber! Die Kueche und 2 Baeder bieten alles was man sich wuenscht. Meine Tochter (5 Jahre) hat den Pool sehr genossen - wir natuerlich auch. Fuer mich war das schoenste der Blick von der Terrasse ueber die Berge - einfach traumhaft!!! Die Gegend bietet alles was man sich nur wuenschen kann (schoener Strand ca. 30. min entfernt, baden im Meer, Spazieren gehen, Fahrrad fahren, Burgen besichtigen, Shoppen, nette Restaurants, Weingueter + Weinproben....) Einfach Leben wie Gott in Frankreich!
Sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden wiederkommen!
