This true bijou for France-enthusiasts is situated only few steps from the sea, perfect to enjoy both the southern French summer as well as its winter. The old Nice with its Italian flair and its picturesque alleys, fascinating colours and scents invites for a stroll. The market in front of the door seduces to feast and create a meal at home. Numerous gourmet restaurants can be found just around the corner. On request a private parking space is available in the underground parking which is located in front of the house.

Our first time in Nice, so were not sure where to stay, and by complete co-incidence, booked this place. Right in the heart of old town, immersed in character, and atmosphere, which was truly magical. We spent many evening just sitting by the window and looking outside. The flower market is just such a great experience, especially for people like us grown up on the supermarket culture. We brought fresh bread and fruit and veg everyday from the market at our doorstep, amazing experience. The apartment was just perfect, lots of space, the kids just loved it. Right next to the beach, and we walked everywhere, so saved on car hire charges too. Definitely will be back.

Um in einer kurzen Zeit (bei uns eine Woche) soviel Nizza wie möglich aufzusaugen bestens geeignet. Schon am Frühstückstisch ist man mit allen Sinnen dabei: direkter Blumenmarktblick. Empfehlenswert sind die Schokoladenbrötchen (dunkler Teig), die es leider nicht jeden Tag auf dem Markt zu kaufen gibt. Die Dachterrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es oft geregnet hat.

The entrance to this charming apartment does not prepare you for the pleasant suprise that awaits inside. The apartment is spacious and the sunlight pours in through the large windows overlooking the market. If you open these windows the apartment becomes infused with the smells and sounds so typical to the south of France, from flowers and fruits to antiques and finally to the live music and smell of food in the evening. Simply sitting by the window and watching the scenes unfold is a very pleasant way to spend the day. The apartment is located very close to the sea front but still in the old town, and both can be explored on foot very easily.
