You are a travelling business man or you are working in Nuremberg? Or maybe you are searching a place to stay for your employees? As a tourist you would like to travel with family and friends and therefore you are looking for a suitable place to stay? You are welcome - this is the new way of hospitality! The apartment is located central and is opposite the exhibition halls. The 'Frankenstadium' where some of the FIFA woldcup 2006™ games will take place is easy to reach in about 15 minutes by a short walk. As well the airport as the main train station are just minutes away by underground. The next underground station is just a minute walk away from the apartment. The apartment is styled in a modern design. My guests can use the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom (shower/WC). The maximum number of people who can stay in the apartment is 2 . The room has 1 bed, 1 couch and cable TV. You find DSL W-LAN.

Central lacoation - easy to reach. The apartment is located central and are opposite the exhibition halls. By underground you are in 8 min in the famous city of Nuremberg - second largest city of Bavaria and clandestine capital of Franconia, home town of the famous medieval painter Albrecht Duerer and already in the Middle Ages one of Germany's most important centres of trade, is well worth a visit. Let it enchant you with its beautifully restored old part of town, picturesque alleys and squares, massive ramparts, the Kaiser castle, splendid churches, gothic art treasures to name only a few. Every step will take you further into history. Cozy restaurants and pubs offer just the right atmosphere to relax from a hard exhibition day. The 'Frankenstadium' one of the FIFA-worldcup 2006 games will take please is easy to reach in about 15 min by a short walk. By underground you are in 8 min. on the 'Christkindlesmarket' Nuremberg. Visit also Flocke our little polar-bear. Nice to meet you!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment and it was great! We stayed for 2 nights in May. The description is true to reality. The apartment has all the necessities, down to the toaster! The appliances are very modern. The apartment is walking distance from the fair and only a short subway ride to the city centre. A special thank-you to the owner!
Suggestion: If you go to Nuremberg, plan to stay for more than two nights! Nuremberg is a wonderful fortress city and I found that we didn't have enough time to visit properly.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit optimaler U-Bahn Anbindung. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für maximal 2 Personen bestens geeignet.

Klein aber fein! Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit neuwertiger Ausstattung und allem was man zum Leben braucht (inkl. WLAN!!!). Ja, das Bad ist etwas klein, aber dafür in sehr, sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr einfache und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter.

Ich mußte leider einen Punkt abziehen, weil das Badezimmer sehr klein ist und es sehr schwierig ist, in die Badewanne/Dusche zu steigen (Rutschgefahr). Die Spritzschutzscheibe sollte durch einen Duschvorhang ersetzt werden, dann wäre das Problem gelöst. Ansonsten war die Wohnung toll, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, deshalb sehr ruhig. Dieses ist aber kein Nachteil, da die Verkehrsverbindungen ideal sind, auch ohne Auto. Sehr zu empfehlen, eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die zu jeder Zeit erreichbar ist.

Dieses Apartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet - man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. In Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, danke ! Angaben stimmten alle, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
