'Sea Spray Cottage' is located only a few feet from the water's edge, directly by the ocean and with breathtaking views of the sea and coastline of West-Cork. This 'cottage' has a private entrance, open green area, wooden veranda with garden furniture and grill. The nearest beach is only a few meters from the house - 2 minutes walk. All rooms are located on the same floor level, 4 bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms, one full bath and a seperate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard and sitting room area has an open fire and comfortable soft furnishings. A double sliding door leads from there to the wooden veranda with garden furniture and a BBQ. Clonakilty, the nearest town, has some very good shops, restaurants and bars with traditional music. The house is furnished to a high standard with great attention and love to detail. The ideal holiday hide away - cool and sunny in summer and warm and cosy in winters with its large open fire.

Clonakilty is the ideal holiday destination and base from which to tour West Cork and Kerry, regions blessed with Ireland’s most spectacular scenery. Clonakilty is the 'Beach Centre of West Cork'. Numerous unspoilt sandy beaches, coves and harbours nearby must be explored, as well as the famous 'Ring of Kerry'. The natural beauty of the surrounding country side is enhanced even more by the abundance of birdlife to be discovered in Clonakilty's tidal bay and marshes. Some 201 species have been recorded along 20 miles of local coastline.
