Casa Rosales in the residential suburb 'La Llosa' of Cambrils: 2 story apartment building with a total of 8 apartments, with garden grounds and swimming pool, at a distance of approximately 400 m to the beach. The sandy beach with quiet waters is at approximately 15 minute walking distance from the commercial district and harbour of the beautiful fishing village Cambrils. There is a mole built in front of the beach. In the immediate surroundings there is a supermarket and restaurants. All apartments have washing machines and sat-TV, living-/dining area with bed-couch, 1 double bed bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, garden terrace and balcony.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking: Call us, use the Booking Form, or write to us, so we can coordinate your requests with our timetable. Thereupon, you will receive the reservation-contract: after you have given your signature to it and we have received your deposit (approx 35 %) said contract will be binding for both parties. The conditions of the contract have to be taken into account. If you take out an insurance against a travel rescission, the price of it will also fall due with the down payment, and so the paid down payment will also be insured. You will receive immediately all necessary travel information: Voucher (credit note) for the booked unit, receipts for your optional payments, and an informative page with your exact travel route. Final payment: is due approx. 30 days before the rental begins. Reservation charge: per reservation we charge a one time only 12 € fee.
  • Prices: The indicated prices are in Euro and are per day, each for the indicated number of persons. All extra costs and the cleaning at the end of the stay are already included in the price. The apartment is suitably furnished and features terrace furniture. Bring with you: Bed and table linen, bath towels (bed linen is available for rent for € 5 per person and week).
  • An extra bed or an extra person is possible, there will be a charge of 6 € per day. Baby bed: 2 € per day - crib for small children that can not get up on their own yet. Dogs and domestic pets: 4 € 'dog tax' per day.

ein haus mit guter ausstattung und zentraler Lage. Man war schnell am Strand (ca. 5 Min.) und in der Stadtmitte ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Die Straße ist ruhig, nur etwas störend der Zugverkehr hinterm Haus (ca. 100 Meter weg) und die Hauptstraße Barcelona-Valencia (ca. 200 m).
Das Haus selbst war sauber mit schönem Balkon und die Inhaber sprechen gut Deutsch und helfen gerne bei Bedarf.
Der Hund war auch gut aufgehoben und man konnte sich auf der Terrasse gut bis spät in die Nacht aufhalten.
Die Gäste kamen aus Deutschland, Spanien, England, Holland. Der Swimmingpool ist etwas klein, aber zwischendurch zum Abkühlen zu empfehlen.
Der Parkplatz hinterm Haus groß und durch ein Zugangssystem sicher verschlossen.
Geschäfte für den kleinen Einkauf ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß, sonst ca. 10 Min. Auto.
Ausflüge nach Tarragona, Salou, Barcelona und ins Hinterland empfehlenswert.
Der Strand ist sauber, die Stadt gut aufgeteilt und mit schönem Zentrum mit vielen guten Restaurants.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dort gerne nochmal hingehen, wenn wir wieder an die spanische Küste fahren.
