The house is located in the middle of the heart of the Montafon, above Schruns at about 1000m above sea level. From there you will enjoy an unforgettable view of Schruns and the surrounding mountains, like the Hochjoch or the three towers. The residence has very modern and comfortable furnishing with a luxurious kitchen, a cozy fireplace oven in the living room + satellite TV, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, one with a bathtub and double sink. Furthermore, the house has 2 large patios with different stunning views. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, in the third bedroom you will find a very comfortable sleeper sofa, the fourth room is equipped with two single beds. It is about 500 m to the Golm ski region, bus stop is located about 70m away. With good snow conditions, you can descend to the house. Furthermore, ideal hiking and cross country skiing options.

Nearest Train: Schruns at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A14 Bludenz-Montafon at 12 Kilometres
The house is located in Latschau, a small alpine village above the city Schruns. Schruns can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, the street is well made and has good winter service. There you will find countless shopping and wellness options. Further ski regions like the Hochjoch can be reached within 10 minutes. Gargellen and Silvretta-Nova are about 15 minutes away. During the summer you have the option of driving on beautiful mountain passes, which are closed during the winter. It is also worth visiting the other valleys like the Silbertal or the Brandnertal, which can be reached in a few minutes drive.
